26th April 2012

To whom it may concern In April 2005, I gave birth to my third baby, a girl. By December, I started to feel very unwell. I was confused, not sleeping, feeling anxious and nervous and quickly started to get very week. My G.P after a few weeks diagnosed post natal description and I started taking fluoxetine (Prozac).
Initially, even on the medication, for some weeks I was too weak to manage any normal activities, hoping everyday that someone would be able to come and help me with my baby as I wasn’t able even to change her nappy. I had persistent diarrhoea as I felt so nervous and often had to manage on just a 3 hours sleep per night with nightmares.
After some months I got a little stronger and though not fully recovered I decided to stop taking the medication. After some time though, I got worse again and had to start taking the medication again. This time was much harder. By this time my little girl was 2 years old and was missing out on a lot of attention and learning I would have liked to have given her. The whole family suffered.
Again, time passed and I was able to manage, but just normal things would take so much time. The house was disorganised and I could only cope with the bare minimum of responsibilities and chores as I was always too tired.
Around autumn 2011 I decided that I couldn’t keep going on like this. As I was missing out on my children growing up and my dad had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and only had some months left. I wanted to be there as a support to him and my children. A leaflet came home with testimonials of how Dr Zeb had helped people like me, so I decided to make an appointment.
Dr Zeb patiently listened then treated my condition with medicines. Over the past few months I have improved so that I can be support to my parents, taking care of their legal and financial concerns, taking them to hospital appointments and assisting with my dad’s day care. I also care for my children much better and spend quality time with my little girl instead of going to bed after the school pick-up every day. At last I can be a support to others during this difficult time rather than having to rely on them all the time.
I am really grateful for the treatment given by Dr Zeb as I feel it has given me my life back. I hope many more are able to befit from the treatments he offers as I have done.
Regards Mrs R K

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I, Mrs A. U resident of Green Lane, Ilford, have known Dr Saran Zeb for the last 3 years, I have been a patient of Dr Saran Zeb and I find Dr Saran Zeb a very professional and a very good doctor in homoeopathy.
Dr Saran Zeb treated me for the illness of high blood pressure and depression and after my treatment by him I recovered very quickly. I would highly recommend Dr Saran Zeb for any health related problems.
I’m very thankful to Dr Saran Zeb for his professional and caring service he is providing to his patients and his medication for different symptoms.
I have been informed that the N.H.S are considering supporting alternative medication such as homoeopathic medicine and I believe that this would be of great benefit to patients and I would have no hesitation in voting for such a scheme.

To Whom It May Concern
I started to suffer with severe anxiety in 1998. At this time my GP prescribed ant-depressants, however I was not keen to take these due to their side effects.
Later I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Zeb. I also had some knowledge of homeopathic medicine through my father and my grandfather who was a homeopathic doctor. Because of this I had faith and confidence that homeopathic medicine would treat the body both physically and mentally without side effects. I also learnt that it helped to discover the route of an illness. Only after a few sessions with Dr Zeb my symptoms of anxiety began to improve and I started to go back to my normal life.
In May 2011 I was then told I had high blood pressure. Instead of going down the route of allopathic medicine where I was again not keen on the side effects, I went to see Dr Zeb. My blood pressure reading was 150/95 and now it is 140/82, showing an improvement. The treatment is still continuing.
I am now a yoga teacher, happy and content.
Yours Sincerely,
Mrs. N.K.P
(Note: On 19th March 2013 my blood pressure is 125/70 and HR is 94. So I am very happy that my blood pressure and HR are normal due to homeopathic treatment).

To Whom It May Concern
I am a 60 years old man that has lots of health problems. It started with in 2004 mini- stroke first followed by prolonged dizziness. I had been referred to various hospitals, scans and numerous experts. Instead of getting better, my health deteriorates further. By the Grace of God, I was directed to Dr. Zeb's Homoeopathic Clinic for advice and treatment, and I have never looked back. His knowledge, skills and patience really and truly help me to regain my confidence in medicine and Human Nature.
I fully and trustfully recommend Dr Zeb to anybody that has a long-term health problem, no matter how big or small.
On other note, I strongly support that homoeopathic medicine to be made available on the N.H.S. obviously there must all be a straight control and regulation to weed out cowboy doctors. Conclusively, homoeopathic treatment is cheap, effective, no harmful side effect and simple to understand.
Yours faithfully

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Dr Saran Zeb treatment has worked magic on me right from the start. I am very thankful for the help given to me by Dr. Saran Zeb.
I have been visiting Dr. Saran Zeb for the past year now regarding issues of dizziness that I suffered from. The dizziness was very severe and occurred every time I got up from a sitting position or when I went to sit or lie down. As a first resort I went to my GP who was not very helpful and blamed it on my old age but gave me some antibiotics to take regardless.
I tried the medicine for a few weeks but failed to see any improvement in my condition. The only change that I saw was my condition deteriorating and the dizziness become more severe. I was having any previous experience of homoeopathic medicine I was quite sceptical if anything about how good they will be but had to try something away from antibiotics which were clearly not nay good. However a few days later I could feel the dizziness disappearing and 3-4 weeks after the medicines had completely cured my problem which was a huge achievement and relief allowing me to get in with my personal life.
I have been informed about NHs giving support to homoeopathy medicine which I believe would be a brilliant opportunity for people to get a great service which definitely support any idea which is considering the homoeopathic medicines being provided through the NHS.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Before I started homoeopathic treatment at Dr Zeb's Clinic, I was suffering from depression, lack of motivation and indifference from work.
I suffer from Schizophrenia, along with Dr Zeb's treatment; I am also getting medical treatment. Since I have started homoeopathic treatment there are a lot of things I am able to do will, like cooking, cleaning, going shopping, socialising with people. Dr Zeb's medication has not only helped my energy level but also improve my mental state. I do not feel depressed anymore and enjoy my life fully.
I would strongly say Dr Zeb's treatment is worth having. I would recommend this treatment to anyone.
I am getting benefits at the movement, so I am struggling to pay for homoeopathic treatment. It would be great if Dr Zeb's treatment can be available on the NHS. I would greatly benefit from this treatment being available on the NHS.
Yours faithfully

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
First of all I would like to thank Dr Saran Zeb for providing medication for my symptoms which I never thought would be possible.
I have been a patient of Dr Saran Zeb for last six to eight months was recommended by a family member. I had been suffering from depression and fear and lost my confidence because of my condition. I saw my G.P and he prescribed the anti depressant tablets. I was bit reluctant to take anti depressant because I did not want to be addicted to the tablets but I was so desperate that I started taking it, I took for about four months. It was then that a family member told me about Dr Saran Zeb, since then I have been taking homoeopathic medicine and feel much better and there was no any side effects as with anti depressant I suffered with quite a few side effects.
I have been informed that the N.H.S considering supporting alternative medication such as homoeopathic medicine and I believe that this would be of great benefit to patient and I would not have any hesitation in voting for such a scheme. As I am a pensioner who finds it difficult to fund the medication provided.
So I would definitely have no hesitation in voting for such a scheme.

This is to inform you of my difficult mental trauma. I have been suffering from anxiety, insomnia and an over active mind.
The allopathic medicines had never ever worked for me, which, prescribed by my G.P had given me negative side-effects.
Dr Saran Zeb is the Homeopathic Consultant and by taking homeopathic medicines, my mental trauma and difficult situation has improved.
Above all, Dr Saran Zeb's way of treating patients is so strong that I came to realise my own individual personality.
I would want and strongly recommend Dr Saran Zeb to be on NHS as soon as possible. It will become easier for me because I claim income support.
Yours faithfully

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using the services of Dr. Zeb since November 2007. The main reason for seeing him was because of unsuccessful treatment with my GP and on the recommendation of my daughter.
Last August I experienced the painful loss of my brother, which left a huge emotional impact on me. I was very emotionally depressed, started having severe anxiety attacks, this led to severe loss of appetite and eventually pains in my legs. My legs were so bad I couldn't even walk.
My GP gave me painkillers and anti depressants, which just made the problems worse. I eventually sought help from Dr. Zeb and amazingly he has been treating my problems with fantastic results. I am still having treatments because I have many issues to deal with but I have faith in his treatment.
I am a pensioner, so treatment for me has been very expensive and I have had to have help from my daughters. But I believe that had I not started this treatment, I would be in a very bad state right now. I think if the NHS made referrals and used the services of Homeopathy then I think that many people would benefit and lead happier lives.
Yours faithfully
Mrs. R. B.

Dear Dr Saran Zeb

I have been suffering from depression for as long as I can remember. I didn't realise I had depression until my mother M. A. recommended me to your clinic. After my first visit, I felt better by speaking to someone for over an hour this is very important for the doctor to listen to the client. I was very impressed as this type of service is not available in my family surgery. I noticed a difference within 4 weeks; my mental health had improved with no side effects whatsoever.
I was also suffering of constant tiredness and exhaustion as well as menstrual pains for 7 years. You recommended the massage treatment on a weekly basis. This treatment was so helpful I noticed a dramatic change of my physical situation just after my first massage. All of the above problems were improved after 3 weeks of massage treatments as well as taking medication at the same time that made the process quicker and I felt physically fit and strong.
Unfortunately, as a full time student, I had to stop the treatments as I cannot afford them. I will definitely support the NHS on homeopathy as I still require treatments from you but due to my financial status it is very difficult for me. If the NHS does consider supporting homoeopathy, this would be my first choice for medication as it has no side effects and I always notice an improvement whatever the problem.
Yours sincerely
Miss E. A.

To Whom It May Concern,
I have been receiving treatment from Doctor Saran Zeb for chronic anxiety coupled with a lingering feeling of depression for the last 3 weeks, After a full assessment and the right homeopathic medication, administered by him, I am starting to notice an improvement in my anxiety levels, However, as I'm not working and rely entirely on my incapacity benefit, which I now receive because of my anxiety, I am finding the payments difficult to meet on a fortnightly basis.
If the medication for my anxiety and depression - given by my GP at Christmas, when I first started getting the symptoms - had worked, then I would be quite happy to continue taking that in place of the homeopathic remedy. However, after being given Prozac, which made me feel considerably worse, even suicidal, I feel that Doctor Zeb is the only person that can truly help me with my current problems.
I am doing a great many things to help myself, including exercising, meditation, breathing etc, but nothing has had quite the effect that doctor Zeb's remedy has had. I am by no means over the worse and I'm petrified that I will quickly deteriorate without the necessary treatment. I have heard that it is possible to get funding through the NHS for alternative medicine and would, therefore, be grateful if you could consider funding me though my course of treatment with Doctor Saran Zeb.
He is a classically trained homeopath with over twenty years experience in his field. His success rate in treating patients can only be described as remarkable, as is evident in his recently published book, which is packed with people who have completely recovered under his care.
For further information please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Many thanks
Miss C. B.

To Whom It May Concern
I am writing this letter so that other people can and may get benefit from homoeopathic treatment the way that I have it had made a big change to my life and I believe in it immensely.
I started taking homoeopathic treatment about 4-years ago when I was at a stage in my life that I needed help but didn't know where to turn. I had been on anti-depressants for 11-years for anxiety, panic attacks and depression a lot had gone on through the years and I think that maybe it had got to the stage where I couldn't cope any more. I had always popped in and out of the herbal shop in Barking for different remedies. I had also tried homoeopathic treatment but never kept up with my treatment or couldn't afford it until one day I went to see Dr Zeb. I told him everything and stayed with the treatment and within a matter of 3-6 months I was not taken antidepressants any more. Which I had tried time and time again to stops and as weeks went by I was feeling better and better now I have got my life back, thanks to Dr Zeb and homoeopathic treatment I am happy.
I believe in it so strongly that I even take my own children to Dr Zeb. My daughter used to get panic attack. I used to sit up with her all the time but now after homoeopathic treatment she doesn't get them anymore, also I go for PMS to Dr Zeb and have had treatment for that.
I feel that it is a shame that more people do not try homoeopathic treatment and think that if they were able to get homoeopathic treatment on N.H.S and didn't have to pay for it that a lot more people would try it and realise the benefit. I am a housewife and found it very difficult to pay for the treatment from my own pocket but there was no choice because the benefit I received from this treatment was helping me a great deal. I personally feel that there are many other families who feel hardship towards homoeopathic treatment, like I did the last four years. This is why I strongly believe that homoeopathic treatment should be easily available through N.H.S., not only for the benefit of the patients but also to reduce the pressure from G.Ps and to help the N.H.S. towards their budget.
Yours faithfully
J. H.

Dear Dr Saran Zeb
TREATMENT OF HOMOEOPATHY
I have been suffering from severe depression for over a decade. I have been treated by my GP. The medicine she prescribed me medicine to make me sleep, however the side effect of this medication was drowsiness.
I have been treated for depression by you for approximately 6 years and after the first few consultations, I have been purchasing prescribed medication by you whenever I required it. I have felt so much better mentally and physically and received NO SIDE EFFECTS whatsoever.
Recently I have visited you for my frozen shoulder which caused me so many problems through my GP. I have been referred to hospital to visit the physiotherapist on a weekly basis and prescribed me creams to reduce the pain. The creams were quite helpful for a certain amount of time; however the visit to the physiotherapist made no difference except the increase in pain the last time I visited. I then decided to see you and within few days I noticed the reduction in the pain in my shoulder, after 6-8 weeks of treatment the pain has completely vanished which helped my physical condition.
I have benefited a lot by your medication and treatments, my daughter S. A. has also been treated for depression for just 3 months and now her mental status has improved so much as well as her physical situation. Unfortunately, as a single parent, it is difficult for me financially as well as for S. A. who is 17 years of age to pay for the cost of your treatment. I would be more than happy to vote for NHS on homoeopathy as myself and my family have benefited a lot.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs. M. A.

To Whom It May Concern
I have two of my children who are currently undergoing homoeopathic treatment in Dr Zeb's clinic, My daughter H. T. has white patches (vitaligo) on her face and since homoeopathic treatment the white patches on her face have considerably gone down and if I keep taking her for homoeopathic treatment her face will have no white patches at all.
My son H. T is also having homoeopathic treatment with Dr Zeb since 16 October 2005 for uncontrollable anger, irritability tiredness and extreme sensitivity to noise. I have noticed a great improvement regarding his irritability, tiredness and sensitivities. My son was feeling tired and exhausted towards evening and he couldn't concentrate on his school work for long periods, but within the last four weeks he has shown a great improvement regarding his tiredness and his concentration power has improved immensely.
I am happy to continue the homeopathic treatment for my children but find it very hard to make payments for the treatment and believe strongly that it should be available through N.H.S.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

After having treatment from my homoeopathic doctor Zeb, I feel a lot better.
Being in hospital for 3 weeks feeling sick, very dizzy, no appetite and depressed and still coming home feeling exactly the same. I decided in desperation to try Doctor Zeb, after being told about him by my neighbour.
After 3 weeks, the sickness went off my appetite came back, and my depression disappeared.
He is now treating me for my dizziness.
I feel that homoeopathic medicine is lot safer than a lot of drugs on prescription by G.P.
It would be marvellous if G.Ps and N.H.S Doctors could all work together with the Homoeopathic doctors.
It would help the overworked N.H.S to lighten their work, and help a lot of people as patients.
I just wish I known about Homoeopathy years ago.
Yours Faithfully

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Ten years ago I approached Dr Zeb for consultation for PMS symptoms, I was very pleased with the course of treatment I received for PMS symptoms which were varied. Initially Dr Zeb treated me for PMS related stress and depression that has actually been cured. I've not had any of those symptoms since. My GP had offered anti-depressants which would have given side effects and not provided a cure. The homoeopathic treatment was a safe natural alternative. Since then I have used homoeopathy for many ailments for myself and my whole family.
My husband suffered from an allergy for 4 years. His face, arms, and all over has body, he would get bumps that burned and itched. It would come up at no specific time and last anything from 10-60 minutes and would reappear again. His GP could not provide any solution. He eliminated foods, chemicals and materials that he may come in contact with and took tablets that gave some relief but the symptoms continued to reappear. I introduced him to Homeopathy and in matter of weeks under Dr Zeb's consultation he was cured for good! It is ten years this year and he has not had a single allergic reaction.
My daughter had eczema, which Dr Zeb treated effectively. Homeopathic treatment gave immediate relief and cure in months. Conventional medication did not provide cure only relief.
I've had other PMS related symptoms such as bloating, palpitations, tensions, binge eating, swelling, emotional, and stress for which I'm on a course of treatment currently. Under Dr Zeb's consultation many have been eliminated one by one. My current treatment has been a long course but this was due to the chronic nature of the symptoms. In some cases it is important to persevere with the treatment and change one's lifestyle to compliment the treatment for an effective holistic approach to recovery. Lead a healthier lifestyle through healthy eating, regularly exercise, drink plenty of water and minimise stress. Achieve a more manageable work life balance where applicable.
I have been extremely pleased with the homeopathic treatment received and would recommend this as a safe alternative. For many conditions conventional treatment has no cure, that homeopathy can treat effectively.
For many other conditions homeopathy can provide a natural treatment.
Kind Regards
Mrs F. M.

To whom it may concern
General history:
I am a forty six year old woman who has found that homeopathy has helped to make me become whole again. I have used many forms of counselling and therapies in the past to try to heal myself on a deep level. Homeopathy worked for me because it deals with the mind body and soul, it takes a holistic approach to the individual.
I was born in Birmingham in 1958 to Irish parentage I was taken back to Ireland in the 1960's to live in Dublin with my parents, brothers and sisters. In October 1966 I was put into an industrial school for girls where I was physically and emotional abused in the institution. As a child I was living in a climate of fear and anxiety which was horrific. Even so, I was quite a rebellious youngster I was not going to allow my spirit to be broken or be imprisoned until I was eighteen. So I hatched my plan to run away from the institution eventually I managed to get myself out to freedom and free from poverty. I was quite cunning I had quite a lively spirit in me I was street wise from growing up in Dublin, to survive I decided to use my masculine energy of strength courage and determination in the day to day existence to survive. It was this fighting spirit the masculine energy that helped me to come through my time in the industrial school and get away.
I used this fighting masculine energy in my everyday life up to 18 months ago when I started to see Dr Zeb. I was used to going out and getting what I wanted I was very driven ambitious super woman keeping everything ticking over in the home, family, work and studying. But inside I was deeply unhappy I didn't feel feminine attractive caring or loving, I was feeling sad, angry, resentful and totally lost. I wanted to withdraw from the world, cut up into a ball and die, then withdraw to the womb in order to give birth to the new me, that was waiting to be born. I didn't fit in anywhere I had no role to play I had nothing to give to others I was spent I had nothing left to give.
I felt androgynous A sexual. I had no desire lust, there was a whole part of me that had not developed yet. The abuse has coloured my whole life my sense of self as a girl woman mother and wife. The vital feminine life force had been arrested I put it away in a safe place during my stay in the industrial school. I went from being a child to being a mother looking after my brother and sisters without having the time to nurture grow and explore my internal or external world around me, as to my feminine side who was I?
I had got to middle age woke up inside realising I had survived, now the mother role was coming to an end, as my children had grown up the two eldest had already left home and the youngest was about to go to university. I felt redundant lost the identity that had been carefully crafted was now obsolete. There were huge changes taking place on an external level with resistance, fear, and anxiety on internal level, which was blocking my vital life force. I could not understand my utter despair depression lack of self-confidence, anxiety and fear. I was feeling weary, irritable, and indifferent to my family, and worn out by the demands of everyday life.
On the surface I have a lovely home a supportive family and yet I felt so depressed isolated unable to cope, my vital life force was so low that I could hardly get myself out of bed in the morning. Everything was such an effort I had been to see my GP and she suggested anti-depressants, which I was reluctant to take so I carried on with the psychotherapy but even this did not elevate the feeling of depression. During the psychotherapy sessions I was going back and looking at the past wounds these sessions only provide a sticking plaster until the next session. The wound was seeping underneath I needed medicine to heal this festering wound on a soul level.
Then Dr Zeb name popped into my head a few times and I dismissed it thinking that I had tried homeopathy in the past and it had not worked when I was under a lot stress in my professional life. But it could not help me to deal with past childhood trauma. The thought persisted. It was my vital force, making a link, making its self heard through the depression through the physical and emotional symptoms I was experiencing. I could not just heal the physical or emotional symptoms it also had to include the soul, that was what was missing I had been trying to heal myself in a disjointed way either on a purely physical emotional or on a spiritual soul through transpersonal psychotherapy.
There was a block indicting some part of me was out of balance I started to listen to this inner voice that was telling me how I could invoke a holistic healing process. So off I went to see Dr Zeb he took my case history and prescribe Sepia:
Recovery:
I knew I was on the road to recovery when my dreams started to indicate that the homeopathic remedy and dose was correct. I began having series of dreams telling me that some healing and balance was happening on an internal soul level as well as the physical emotional level.
I realised that all these symptoms was my soul's way of communicating with me, so I started to embrace the symptoms of depression instead of pushing them away. My soul was back in the equation. I started to respond to this remedy in various ways I became more interested in my family, home, wanting to do things even thinking about the future. Ten days into the treatment I ran out of the tablet remedy. However I felt myself slipping back into the depression and I had another five days before my next appointment. On my second visit to see Dr Zeb I told him what had happened he increased the dose to 3 tablets twice a day.
1. Dream
I was working with a woman who was heavily pregnant; she was going to give birth in 3 weeks time. I was busy organising her home, husband and 3 children. Her husband was very fussy and wanted me to stay working until 10.30 pm, which I refused as I had my own life. Then her husband suggested that I go to Vegas with them when the baby was born. "Everything would be paid for". I felt unsure about her husband. I knew I was there to help this woman during the labour and the birth, I felt much focused because I knew what my role and purpose was in this situation.

2. Dream
I went to stay in Co Wicklow looking around a large fair I wanted to purchase a long green coat for myself. I went looking from stall to stall I was unable to find what I wanted the clothes were all very dated and old fashioned. I saw a material poster holder I decided to take it down to look at it thinking I might buy this instead, but then changed my mind it was the blending of colours purple red and violet that put me of.
3. Dream
I was in a large open space that was very traditional. I was working for this middle-aged man who I found attractive, and he was also attracted to me. We both tried to resist these feeling because I wanted to go to a part of ancient Greece where they spoke in English. But this man was not sure because he was struggling with his conscious. He then gave me a package that had a beautiful yellow and white gold with a symbol of moving water in between the gold. Its design and beauty amazed me.
4. Dream
I was with a homeopath that had increased the medicine; I told him that the new dose was working. I informed him that I was feeling more balanced with enthusiasm drive and energy. I was able to deal with this woman who gave me a task to do in my new job. I found that I could not organise the task but now I could accept this failing in me. The woman knew a great deal about me and suggested that I live on what I had for the time being. She knew I couldn't do the job. I needed to go back to pick up my brother from this school that was old and dilapidated. I needed my energy for this task at 3.15 pm.
In these dreams, a middle-aged man gave me a small package that had a beautiful yellow and white gold bracelet I was amazed by its design and beauty. I wondered what these dreams were trying to tell me I started to think what was the meaning behind the symbolism in these dreams is. Symbols is the language of the dream world the bracelet had yellow and white gold which represent a balance of ying and yang yellow meaning masculine white meaning feminine a balance of masculine and feminine energy within me. Water is a symbol of movement was this indicating my energy channels were now unblocked and there was communication on a soul level maybe my feminine sexuality has been designed and developed through those childhood experience which produces its own beauty.
Jewellery is something that we wear in contemporary culture to adorn ourselves and enhance our beauty in the world. Was this saying that healing had taken place and now I could show my feminine side as well as the masculine side to the world it didn't need to be denied or hidden I could be an attractive woman who had desire passion, jewellery is what we put on to adorn ourselves to make us attractive to others on the outside world was this indicating that maybe I was amazed by my own attractiveness and beauty to the man in my dream. Is my feminine side awakening through a desire to be intimate? The awakening of the drive of the libido?

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I started to consult Dr Saran Zeb over 3 years ago.
Reason being initially for my weight problem and lower back pain. Over a year ago I had a family bereavement, I suffered with shock, emotional upset, not able to relax or sleep.
I spoke to my GP who has been very helpful and understanding, but she could only prescribe mild anti-depressants. Whereas Dr. Saran Zeb was treating me for all my symptoms.
And most recently I have suffered another shock due to member of my family suddenly fell critically ill, and I had to undergo various tests due to family medical history, and during these tests it was found that I had Hypothyroidism- is under activity of the thyroid gland.
My symptoms were tiredness, abnormal sleepiness or drowsiness, aches and pains, constipation, feeling cold most of the time, WEIGHT GAIN despite poor appetite, NUMBNESS and tingling in hands.
My thyroid level was 7.6 at this stage my GP wanted to prescribe me Thyroxin, and was told that I would have take this for the rest of my life. I requested my GP could I have another test in 2 months. During this time Dr. Zeb started homeopathic treatment, I began to feel better in myself and my symptoms improved.
When my tests were repeated the results showed my thyroid level was now 3.2 which is normal and my GP was astonished at the results. And the tests will be repeated in 3 months time.
Since I have been taking homeopathic treatment I feel more positive and emotionally stronger in myself, and have learned to cope with stress.
I have found Dr. Zeb very professional, understanding and caring he has assured me step by step I will get better and over the resent months I have improved, as I trust in his good professional ability.

I have been treated very well at the homoeopathic clinic by Dr. Zeb and have had so many successful results over my ten years of treatment with him.
Before attending the clinic I suffered from depression, stress and headache, which caused me to suffer hair loss and skin problems.
I also visited my (G.P) who gave me anti depression tablets, but these did not help much, as I was still depressed. But thanks to Dr Zeb, he helped me over my bad situation with in his clinic.
With kind regards,

Dear Dr Zeb
I have consulted you for the past 3 years. I have suffered for many years with kidney and depression problems. I was under allopathic treatment but no relief.
Since I found out about homeopathy and started taking homoeopathic treatment, I felt I gained a new life. I was very depressed for the past 10 years, after suffering for 10 years once again I have my health back.
When I started my depression treatment I felt better after one month. Then I experienced kidney pain. The x-ray showed I had a kidney stone. Again I consulted Dr. Zeb, with his medication the kidney stone dissolved. When I had x-ray after treatment, it showed no kidney stone present.
One year ago I had a car accident, due to that I have severe pain in my arm and back. I have been benefited with homoeopathic medicine. The course of treatment is continuous.
I advise those who are not responding with allopathic medicines that they can seek homoeopathic treatment to their benefit with no side effects.
Kind regards
Mrs Z. A.

The trouble Dr. Zeb has taken to treat us cannot be surpassed and we wish him every success with his booklet.

In the last 9 years, I have been consulting Dr. Saran Zeb for many ailments.
At first I was caution and very sceptical but after a few sessions for my depression and suicidal tendency, I was thrilled with the relief. I refused anti-depressant and only used his prescription on and off over the years.
I have asked Dr. Zeb to help me over a host of side-effects from the Chemotherapy and drugs, which I needed for the cancer treatment. I am very pleased to say I do respond well and am still using his prescriptions.
There is no doubt the treatment I received from Dr. Zeb is indispensable. I highly recommend him for any ailment. Being an ex-nurse I know his potential and value in the health care services.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I suffer with depression and as conventional medicine did not seem to be helping me, I decided to try homeopathy. I have been attending recently at Natural Remedy Centre and have been seeing their Homeopathic Doctor, Dr Saran Zeb.
I am pleased to say that my health has improved considerably since my visits to him, and I feel very comfortable talking to him and am very happy with the service I receive there.
I feel it is a great pity that I cannot obtain this treatment from Dr Zeb on the NHS, as I am currently living on State Benefits, due to ill health and find it is a great struggle to pay for this treatment out of my benefit payments.
Would it not be possible for people in a similar situation to myself, and indeed, people who are not living on Benefits, but would like the choice of conventional or alternative medicine, to receive such treatment on the NHS.
Yours faithfully

Chapter 2 - Headache and Migraine

Letter 88
Clapham
London SW11
2nd December 2012

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I started treatment with DR, Zeb in September 2011. That time I was suffering from long standing health problem of Sinuous, Pain, Depression and lack of Energy.
I am 33 years old, male and have been fighting with these problems for the last 13 years, sinuses pain was some time so bad that I was not able to think properly and in this situation I would not want to talk to anybody. Speaking was big problem for me because of sinuses and pain in the head, which also put me in depression and disappointment with life.
Before I meet Dr. Zeb many doctors treated me, I did not had a very high hope from Dr. Zeb because previous doctors treated me for long periods, some took six to eight months treatment some took more months treatment and then prices and frequency to see them was very steep, so I was losing time, and money as a consequence, while the progress was very small.
I continued treatment with DR. Zeb. and although the period of the treatment has been longer, every time I have seen him I felt improved.
My slow progress was because I was not focused sometimes and the problem was long standing, but in every meeting he got deeper and deeper in my case and I was able to know to what things I am Allergic and was more regular, and motivated in taking medicine.
During my treatment I never felt that Dr. Zeb is rushing out of time and he was very interested to know my improvement from the last month and how I am coping with the pressures from which I was going throw.
Although the treatment has not finished, now I am very positive for future and the depression attack has been eliminated to once or twice in forty days which is usually a miner attack. Due to the treatment I am improving my life style towards healthy choices. (By doing regular walk and switching from coke and beer to water). My Breathing has improved significantly and where the winter was the worse time for me to cope, I am now feeling relaxed and energetic.
This is all because Dr. Zeb gave me confidence that I should not give up. Secondly, he identified my mental and physical state. (He also identified my blood circulation problem and Allergies) and thirdly, he is being transparent in treating his patients to build a trustworthy relationship.
For all that a Big Thanks to DR. Zeb May God Bless him. So that he live long and service the humanity.
Regards
Mr N. D

Dear Dr Zeb
I have been suffering from migraine from last 2-years. I tried various treatments, discussed my problem with lot of Doctors here in London and in my home country (Pakistan), tried many medicines but all in vain. Doctors were of the opinion that my problem cannot be cured.
However, one day I saw your clinic as I was passing by. I thought of discussing my problem with you, as I was really suffering due to migraine and muscle pain on right side of my body. You were my last hope, I thought if you will say that my disease is not curable than I will never go to a doctor in my life.
Well at last when I discussed my case with you, you gave me medicine for my migraine and recommended massage treatment for my muscles. By the grace of God and your hard work and effort, I am feeling much better. You have treated my pain successfully and I am now able to continue to live life normally.
I would also like to continue your clinic for my sinus problem and other related issues as your method of treatment and medicines has really worked.
Now, I realise the benefit of homoeopathic medicine as this controlled my health problems without any side effects, I am highly grateful for the way you have controlled my migraine, which was making my life miserable,
After seeing my recovery my brother and sister are also attending your clinic for their problems.
I am a housewife; it is difficult for me financially to pay for the cost of your treatment. I would be grateful if the NHS does support the costs of this treatment, so I would be able to complete the course of my treatment.
Yours Sincerely

To Whom It May Concern
I have had treatment from Homoeopathic Doctor Saran Zeb for several different conditions. I was suffering from bad headaches, tiredness lack of energy and pain in my leg, while taking homoeopathic medication I have noticed a great difference in all of my symptoms and feel a lot better than before the treatment. I am still continuing the medicine.

I also have a daughter with special needs, for her; there is no treatment available in orthodox. The GP only gives strong pain killers those don't help instead add to the problem with their own side effects. she cannot take painkillers on an everyday basis. While on homoeopathic medicine she has improved a great deal, her physical well being has benefited her of the little things she was trying to cope with while struggling with constant pain and cramps. As her treatment is on going maybe over several years. Considering the benefit she had I want to continue her treatment with Dr Zeb, so that she can benefit further from it and by doing this she can have a better quality of life. But I am finding it hard to carry on with the treatment for the cost of the fees and medicines, As for her homoeopathic treatment should be through N.H.S.

I have two sons who are also being treated by the same practitioner and would like to continue with their medication- one son had acne for so many years tried everything but to no avail now his condition has improved only after one month. My other son has skin problems, which is also improving. It has now been several months that I am getting treatment for my two sons also. As having four members of my family treated, it is very difficult to keep up with the fees and the cost of the medications.
Therefore I am very keen on getting homoeopathic treatment on N.H.S. which will be very beneficial to all my family members.
I strongly support this application and vote for homoeopathic way of treatment should be easily provided on the N.H.S.

Yours faithfully
Mrs. S. M.

Dear Saran Zeb
I have been suffering from migraine for the past 10 years, I have seen a doctor, who specialise in this area, which my GP referred to me, and I was on some pain killers for the migraine and cannot continue taking pain killers for the rest of my life.
Last year a friend of mine recommended me to you and said you might be able to help me with this problem. I didn't really take it seriously but I'm still in constant pain. So I decided to come and see you. After the first treatment I saw a significant change to my problem for the better.
I would like to continue with the treatment, unfortunately the cost is very high for me to be able to afford as I realised that the NHS do not cover the cost of this treatment which makes it difficult to afford the treatment on a regular basis. The orthodox medication I've received so far has not improved my conditions.
I've learnt that the NHS is considering supporting the alternative method of medication. I've seen the benefits of alternative method; I will support the NHS especially if they could help me financially towards the treatment I receive from you. I will be considering for you to treat my children if these wonderful services are available on the NHS.
Yours sincerely

Chapter 3 -Respiratory Problems
(Asthma, breathing difficulty, cough etc)

Letter 84

2nd January 2013

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing with regards to the treatment, I Mrs. A. B, have been receiving from Dr Saran Zeb at London Homoeopathic Clinic. Basically I had a very bad persistent cough for over a year which was troubling me a great deal and I had tried various courses of antibiotics from my GP but these were pretty much ineffective and did not help to stop my cough.
Therefore I tried to find an alternative means of treatment and that is when my daughter found out about London Homeopathic Clinic from the Internet, and as it was local to me I decided to try it out. So approximately 2 years ago I started going to see Dr Saran Zeb for treatment of my persistent cough, and for the one year or so I went regularly every month. I noticed that after a few months my cough was getting better and that the Homeopathic medicine was working, gradually over the year the cough had pretty much completely gone and the homeopathic medicine had worked its miracle cure on me finally.
To this date, in the winter I still sometimes get a bit of a cough, but immediately go to see Dr Zeb and get the medicine from him to get rid of the cough. I am truly grateful for the help and treatment given by Dr Zeb.
However, being a pensioner in the current economical climate, money is getting tighter and it is harder for me to continue to pay for the homeopathic medicine which I require regularly. Therefore it would be very beneficial to me if this medicine was available to me free of charge through the NHS, as this would mean a less financial burden on me and that I would be able to continue to get the help and treatment for my cough that I require, as clearly the normal antibiotics from the NHS didn’t work at all so I would be left pretty much helpless otherwise.
I thank you in advance you for your co-operation and understanding of my circumstances.
Kind Regards,
Mrs A. B.

To Whom It May Concern,
I have been a patient of Dr Saran Zeb since July 2013. My son found out about the clinic on the internet. After realising that it was local, I decided to pay it a visit.
I have been suffering from a constant cough for over 5 years. Before I started my treatment with Dr Zeb, I was regularly prescribed antibiotics from my GP or referred to the hospital for some checkups, but nothing seemed to work.
After receiving treatment from Dr Saran Zeb, I have noticed that the Homeopathic medicine has drastically improved my cough and what seemed like an incurable problem has now seen great improvement. This has enabled me to do things that I previously was unable to do. For example, simple household chores like vacuuming would start to make me cough uncontrollably. However, I am now able to do these things that others take for granted. I am hoping that my cough will continue to get better over the years, as living a normal life is all that I ask for.
I understand that the NHS is considering supporting the Homeopathic treatment. It would be very helpful to me and all the other patients if the treatment is available free of charge. This would benefit me greatly as I am a pensioner and find it difficult to pay for my treatment. Therefore, I request that you take my account into consideration and review all the other patients’ stories too when making your final decision. I hope you will support me and the other patients as it makes a huge difference that only a sufferer like myself can understand.
I thank you in advance for your co-operation and am hugely appreciative of all the help received.
Yours sincerely,
G.K

My son who is 12 years old had been suffering from bad hay fever and coughs and was taking medicine regularly which was not helping him a great deal. He was also shy and sensitive. I came across Dr Zeb’s website and decided to give it a go.
Dr Zeb was very professional talking with him and my son felt comfortable to talk to him. My son had itchy body too. We started the treatment and in two weeks he started to feel better, already reduce the other medicine that he was taking for years. He also felt more confident, his itchy body was at ease as well.
I would like to thank Dr Zeb and continue with his treatment and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who needs it.
I think it is unfair that I have to pay for it and feel that it should be provided via the NHS, as the results are much better than the treatment currently provided via the NHS.
Yours Sincerely

Only difficult part is homeopathic treatment is not free. I would like to request NHS to include this treatment on their panel.
Also my wife 27-years old had stomach problems from last 10 years. She were unable to eat any oily stuff. When I recover so quickly I take my wife to Dr Saran Zeb.
Again I am very pleased to tell you she recovers in only 4 weeks time. Now after 8 weeks complete treatment and she is discharged by Dr Saran Zeb.

Having a number of complaints I have been very pleased with the results obtained with the treatment of my chest problems of wheezing and shortness of breath and pain in my chest when walking fast. I have been able to do a lot more and take fewer inhalers. this winter I have hardly consulted my General Practitioner (G.P) at all and have only needed one course of anti biotic.
I have also been able to discontinue a long-term use of anti depressant. This is something I am particularly pleased about as I have tried on several occasions in the past and been unsuccessful.
My Psoriasis, which I have had for 16 years, is under control and has completely disappeared from certain areas for example my back.
All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Zeb and feel he is an excellent practitioner with much experience in all areas of health.

I am writing this testimonial so that others can also benefit from the treatment that I have received from Dr Saran Zeb. Before coming to his clinic I was interested in homeopathy but not sure whether to try it. For many years I had been taking medicine from doctors to treat my stomach problems, but I could never get relief. I had many scans at hospitals but no one could tell me the underlying cause of my problem. I used to take a medicine and then a week later that same medicine was not useful anymore.
After going to Dr Saran Zeb I had a meeting with him and he spent a lot of time trying to get down to the exact cause of my health problem. Within a few weeks of starting the treatment I was amazed at how quick I became completely fine, as though I never had any problem to begin with.
I urge anyone reading this that if you do have a disease or a health problem, please do not hesitate to visit Dr Saran Zeb. I would recommend homeopathy as a safer alternative treatment without any side effects and it would be fantastic if it could be available on the NHS.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am writing to say how grateful I am that Dr Saran Zeb has helped me to improve the quality of my life by prescribing and treating my illness with homoeopathic remedies.
My condition has been with me for as long as I can remember, initially as a child I suffered with asthma and given steroids and inhalers from my GP. This helped initially but the worst was yet to come from the side effects I began to develop.
During my teenage years I started to have debilitating migraine headaches which continued until I started a strict diet avoiding caffeine, citrus fruits and cheese. In my thirties I developed to an even further extent food allergies which made it impossible to work full time as my symptoms were making it impossible for me to keep full time employment. I spoke to my GP in 2003 about my food allergies and was referred to the Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital in King Cross. After many tests I was told nothing could be done regarding my allergies to dairy, Wheat and yeast so I continued a strict diet which made life very difficult as I had limited strength to continue the demand of living and working in London without being able to digest these rich foods. The hospital referred me to the Nutricentre at Gt. Portland St and recommended Lactobacillus and Acidophilus to build my gut flora. I continued their advice for 2 years with little benefit.
In December 2010 I developed a bladder infection and decided to go to Dr. Saran Zeb for treatment.
To my astonishment I was better from the infection within two weeks. Within 7-9 weeks my food allergy had literally disappeared with both Aloe and Sulphur Homoeopathic remedies. After this I had an asthma attack which left within three days. This has eliminated most of my most difficult symptoms and helped me to feel more able to cope with the day to day pressure of life. For some unknown reason my hair has also started to grow thicker and my appearance of my skin improved.
I have heard that NHS is considering Homoeopathic medicine and I sincerely believe this will benefit many people. I know there are many people who have not benefited from the synthetic medicines prescribed on the NHS that will continue to lead a normal working life if they are able to receive alternative treatment.
Warm regards
Miss S. P

Dear Dr Saran Zeb

As you are aware my 6 years old son was suffering from a stomach gas problem, which meant he seldom ate anything because he never felt hungry due to the gas.
On the advice and recommendation of a family friend, I got in touch with you for treatment and I am so happy because I can see a difference in my son. He eats properly now. He has 3 proper meals a day and there have been no side effects with this medication.
I also have been suffering from really bad back ache and leg ache and have also being anaemic. However after treatment from you I feel so much better and more energetic
I would like to continue with the homeopathic medication in view of the improvements that me and my son have benefited from but it is not that easy to finance this treatment.
I have learnt that the NHS is considering supporting alternative methods of medication. Having seen the benefit of homeopathic treatment, I would not have any reservation in voting for such a scheme wholeheartedly

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCEN

I have been suffering from a number of complaints for a few years now including aches, throat pains, stomach complaints, and anaemia
My G.P prescribed me various medicines including iron supplements, HRT and throat sprays, which had some effect, but often left me with side effects and short term relief but no improvement in my symptoms
After years of referring to "normal" GP medicine, a family member suggested homeopathy. I was given a consultation from Dr Saran Zeb (London Homoeopathic Clinic) and was able to talk through my symptoms and prescribed some powders, tablets and oil to help my symptoms.
I have been taking this all for a short time (3 months) and was able to see improvement and relief of my symptoms. My stomach movements are back to normal, my throat no longer feels tight and I can eat spicy food without feeling sick afterwards. My life is more comfortable, therefore I feel homoeopathic treatment should be provided free on the NHS, it works, its expensive and patients should be entitled to it free to help ease illness and improve way of life.
Thank you

3rd. Feb 2007

To Whom It May Concern:
In January 2005 during a one week visit to Lahore in Pakistan to attend a wedding, I developed stomach pains and diarrhoea. This occurred on the fifth day of my visit. Upon returning to England and having suffered daily diarrhoea and pain for a couple of weeks, I decided to tell my GP. I was prescribed some medication and used it every day for the next few weeks. Whilst the medicine did bulk the stool a little, it did not have a lasting effect. I returned to my GP and was prescribed antibiotics. Having finished the course I felt no change in my symptoms.
In all, I visited the GP approximately five times, she tried different medicines but none had any effect. I was also referred to the local hospital and saw a senior registrar twice, with stool and blood tests being taken a few times.
The hospital discovered no problem and suggested that the bug I caught from Pakistan had been flushed out of my system by the antibiotics and the current diagnosis may be irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
I was then referred to a hospital dietician, who suggested certain diet changes to help my digestive system settle down. I tried all these changes, some of which had a minor effect but again not a lasting effect (i.e. it would have a positive effect on reducing the frequency of my diarrhoea, which at the time meant passing stools about five to six times in a day, but within a week my body would 'get used to' the change and the diarrhoea would be worse).
All the above happened over a period of about a year and a half. At this stage, not seeing any improvement, I decided that it was unlikely that normal allopathic medicine would be able to help me.
Someone I knew suggested I try homeopathy. Coming from a science background I tend to look for evidence before trying something new and was initially sceptical. However, I had nothing to lose so went to see Dr Saran Zeb, of the London Homeopathic Clinic in Ilford, Essex.
I was given a one hour consultation and given some powders and tablets to take regularly. I have taken homeopathic medicines for about six months and for the past month my diarrhoea and pain have completely cleared and my stools back to normal. I have no doubt that my system is back to normal as a direct result of the homeopathic treatment. This is partly because I was not asked to change my diet in any way and partly because each time the medicine was prescribed or changed I noticed improvements.
I feel that homeopathic treatment should be provided free through the NHS because it really does work and it has the potential to help a large number of patients who may otherwise not be in a position to afford it.
Thanking you

I have been seeing Dr. Zeb over the past year for urine incontinence and stomach problems. I have suffered severely for over 20 years and seen my G.P. and many hospital consultant visits, but with no success. I was fed up and house bound. Since treatment with Dr. Zeb, I am much improved and wish I had seen him earlier.
I believe I respond very well to homeopathic medicine. But conventional medicine I don't respond to and have too many side effects.
Thank you
Mrs R. N. M.

Dear Dr Saran Zeb,
I am writing to you, as I do not know for how much longer I will be able to attend my appointments at your clinic. I am currently in receipt of state benefits and I'm finding the regular consultations difficult to afford, I have improved dramatically under your care and I'm terrified that if I stop my homeopathic treatment too soon I will suffer a relapse, which I desperately don't want to do.
For this reason I was hoping that I could possibly receive help through NHS funding, as I have heard that this is sometimes possible.
As you are aware the problems I am experiencing are:
1). Arthritis
2). Abdominal pain, loose motions several times a day, flatulence.
3) Pain in the right foot.
For my abdominal pain I was referred, by my GP, to hospital for a colonoscopy but they could find nothing wrong and therefore could give me no medication for my symptoms. However, I was still experiencing a great deal of discomfort and relieved when you told me on my first consultation that you could help.
I am a single parent and registered disabled because of my debilitating arthritis, for which I have only found relief through your treatment of me.
Many thanks for your continued support,
MS N. T.

Dear Doctor Zeb,
I am writing to you as I am considerably benefiting from homeopathic treatment under your care, but I'm now finding the regular consultations difficult to afford. For this reason I was hoping that I could possibly receive help through NHS funding, as I have heard that this is sometimes possible.
You have successfully treated me in the past and I completely trust your way of treatment. As you are already aware, the problems I am experiencing now are:
1) A severe pain in my right side of the abdominal, which radiates to my right legs.
2) I have been getting hot flushes day and night, which leads to excess sweating.
3)I have been suffering from emotional stress, for which my GP has recommended counselling, but I would prefer to be referred to your care.
I have also been feeling extremely exhausted and lack the energy to do the things I used to enjoy.
I am currently receiving state benefits and, as mentioned above, without help it will be impossible for me to keep attending my consultations with you, even though they are benefiting me so much. This is further adding to my stress.
I will do my best to find the money for the next couple of consultations, but after that I don't know if I will be able to come again, even though I know that it is detrimental to my health and well- being that I do so.
Many thanks for your continued support,
Kind Regards,
Mrs F. K.

To Whom it May Concern

I have been consulting Dr. Zeb of the Homeopathic Clinic for the last 2 years. The first time I consulted Dr. Zeb was for the vitiligo on both my feet, legs and arms which I have had from the age of 2. I have had various treatments from Homeopathic Clinic's in India but they have proved to be unsuccessful. When I turned to Dr. Zeb for my vitiligo, I was very pleased with the treatment as I noticed my original skin colour coming back within two weeks.

I have also been having treatments for my acne and migraine which I was suffering for 2 years. My migraine was so severe I could not concentrate on my studies at school or do anything as my migraine occurred every single day and lasted for the whole day. I am very pleased with the results of the treatment of Dr. Zeb and up to today I have not had any headaches and my acne has cleared up so much. So have the scars on my face which had been caused by the acne.

After being on holiday this year in February, I was suffering from diarrhoea, weakness, dizziness, low blood pressure and a heavy flu for 2 weeks. Since returning back from the holiday, I was unable to walk properly without holding onto something for support; I was not able to do anything as I had become so weak, all I could do was stay in bed. With the treatment so far, my diarrhoea, dizziness and heavy flu have been successfully treated but I am still being treated for my weakness.

Overall, with the treatment I have been receiving from Dr. Zeb, it has proved to be successful. After having tried all sorts of medication recommended by various people I would say Homeopathic medicine has been the most beneficial. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Zeb and feel he is an excellent practitioner with much experience in all areas of health.

Kind Regards
Miss L. K.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I have been consulting Dr Zeb for the past two and a half years.
I have Type 2 Diabetes and was going through the menopause. Because of my medication I was unable to take HRT.
On consulting Dr Zeb and answering his very in-depth questions, he was able to prescribe a Homeopathic solution to my condition.
The medicine prescribed for me and made up by Dr Zeb not only relieved my menopausal symptoms, but also cured my allergy to various foods, e.g. cheese and eggs.
The Holistic approach to my conditions has been more than beneficial, and has had no side effects.
I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Zeb and his experience in all areas of Homeopathy.
With all best wishes.

Dear Dr Zeb,
I was treated by you a couple of years ago. I found your treatment was a great help to me. I found that my symptoms eased as soon as I took the first lot of drops that you prescribed.
The whole treatment process did not take too long, and it did not always mean I had to have a consultation I would just ring you explain how my symptoms were progressing and you would advise me what dosage to take.
Thank You

To whom it may concern,
I have been suffering with continuous periods within two months. My periods came on four times within two months; every other week.
I came to Dr Zeb regarding my problem. Dr Zeb did a one hour consultation and after analyzing my case, he prescribed medication.
I took the medication as instructed and after taking the medication, my periods stopped coming on every other week and became regular (monthly)
Not only this, the medication prescribed by Dr Zeb helped with my periods, but it also helped with my weakness, hair loss and stress levels.
I am happy with the results I got with regards to my periods problem. I would certainly recommend Dr Zeb to anyone who has a health problem

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I would really like to thank Dr Saran Zeb for providing help I need for my condition.
My mother recommended Dr Saran Zeb to me. I had problem with my menstrual cycle. I first started my periods in 2006; the first few cycles come regularly. After that I did not come on my periods for over five months. I went to doctors and all they said my periods will take time to settle into a regular cycle and I was given iron tablets. When I took the iron tablets my menstrual cycle started again and went into a regular cycle. However after a few cycles I started coming on for 2-3 weeks then a week break and then back onto another cycle for 2-3 weeks of period.
My periods were really heavy and I ended in hospital on two occasions because the pain got unbearable. The doctor gave me medications (the contraceptive pills) which helped my pains and I had regular and normal flow. However, after a year or so my flow started going really light and even lasted only two days and sometime I missed cycles completely.
When I started the procedure with Dr Saran Zeb I was not too keen on getting results. But after a few appointments I started noticing change in my cycles. They were more regular and better flow and pain free. I got a confidence boost, I used to get really annoyed for my irregular cycles but now I am absolutely fine with them. Within a year I am 100% better , thanks to Dr Saran Zeb again.
I have heard that the N.H.S is thinking to support this alternative method of medication. I am definitely for this, because it is helping me and people like me who would like to homoeopathic treatment, but find it difficult to afford.
Regards
Miss S. F.

To Whom It May Concern:
Recently I was suffering from a Bartholin's glands abscess. I went to the hospital in London and was told I needed surgery and was booked in for the next day.
I was very concerned about having surgery, about the complications and healing process. That night I found Dr Saran Zeb and started treatment with him. The painkillers the hospital gave me caused nausea. When I arrived at Dr Saran Zeb's clinic I was emotional, I couldn't walk, I was in great pain but after an hour consultation he prescribed a medicine and after 4 days of treatment at this clinic, my abscess was healed and I could walk. The pain was gone and emotionally I felt much better
I think it is incredibly unfortunate that this treatment is not covered under the NHS. Not only did it my treatment with Dr Saran Zeb save the NHS money, it also opened up a free bed at the hospital for people more in need.
Thank You
Miss J. F.

Dear Sir/Madam
I have been consulting Dr. Zeb since mid 2007 for 2 many problems, which in the past my GP has been unsuccessful in treating
The main problem I started seeing Dr. Zeb was for the treatment of Endometriosis. I have been suffering from this condition for almost 20 years. I have been treated through my GP but with only painkillers, through my hospital consultant by hormone injections but these treatments are only temporary. The actual problem has never gone away.
After pumping my body with so many painkillers I eventually sought help through Homeopathy, as my symptoms had returned with a vengeance, heavy bleeding, severe cramps, a condition, which just takes over your life. After having 6 treatment sessions with Dr. Zeb, I cannot believe the difference that has been made to my life. It is absolutely amazing, I am very happy that the treatment has been successful.
The other problem I am having treatment for is for pains in my hands and feet. Again after visits to my GP, I have had no success. Painkillers were given and no other explanation at all. I had a blood test and because that came back clear I was told there is nothing wrong, so why am I still having problems. Again I sought treatment from Dr. Zeb, which is going well at the movement
Obviously, the cost of this treatment is the only drawback and even though I don't work I am very lucky that my husband is paying for my treatment. But I truly know and believe that there are many people who are missing out on such beneficial treatment purely because of the cost.
The NHS would be helping society in a truly positive way if they consider using Homeopathy as an alternative way of treating illnesses and conditions. In the long term, I believe they would save so much money, which could be used more effectively.
Yours faithfully
Mrs A. P. M.

Dear Dr Zeb,
I am writing to you to thank you for your help and support. Since receiving treatment I have noticed a great improvement in my health. I came to you for alternative treatment to the conventional medicines I had been taking for many years. I initially came to you regarding a consistent running nose, blocked ears, sore throat and dizziness. My GP had referred me to E.N.T at hospital and gave me various medicines to help me. I had very little improvement in my symptoms. However since taking the homoeopathic medicines prescribed by you I have felt much better and my symptoms have almost gone.
Currently you are treating me for weak bladder. I also noticed improvement within the first three weeks, but I require several more sessions to complete my course and to get fully recovered. Unfortunately, as I am a housewife, it is difficult for me financially to pay for the cost of your treatment. I would be very grateful if the NHS does support the costs of this treatment, as this has been very beneficial towards my problems.
Yours Sincerely
Mrs. F. K.

Your medication was beneficial as after taking your medicine I have started getting my periods on a monthly basis. Therefore I have just started to receive treatment from you in relation to my hair loss and I hope the medicine prescribed will result in new growth and prevent it from falling out.
I have recently come to know that the NHS may contribute towards the costs of the homeopathic medicine. I would be very grateful if the NHS does support the costs of these medications as they have been very beneficial towards my treatment.

I visited Dr Zeb in the middle of 2002, when my wife and myself were trying for baby. Both of us did the test and according to the result my sperms were very low. The specialist said that there is no cure for this problem in Allopathic medicine, due to this both of us were very disappointed, and were thinking of raising the money for IVF. During this time my friend advised me to try homoeopathy. Dr Zeb took in details case history and started the treatment.
After few months the quantity of my sperm increased but due to personal circumstances I stopped my treatment. Now I started my treatment again, my wife and I hopefully will be parents of our own child.
I definitely recommend homoeopathic treatment for those who have tried conventional treatment but have not benefited. This is because allopathic treatment does not cure the disease but deal with the symptoms, while homoeopathic treatment reaches to the root cause of the disease to be cured and there are no side effects.
One satisfied patient.

I initially came to see Dr Zeb, after suffering for many years at leg pain in both legs. I had many scans blood tests done by the doctors but was told there was nothing wrong and was sent home with normal pain killers.
After being treated by Dr Zeb, I can now say that I am 95% cured and my life has become much easier. I can now confidently walk long distances and my life feels normal again. I would like to thank Dr Zeb, as he not only helped me physically but also mentally and emotionally.
I believe that if the NHS started treatment as such a lot of people would benefit from this, not only financially but also be more convenience.

I came to see Dr Zeb in May 2013 when I was diagnosed with Bell ’s palsy. My issues started with a blocked ear (catarrh) and my ear drum burst. I tried all remedies from the pharmacy as recommended by my GP but my problem just got worse. I felt pressure in my ear and had lost hearing. The pressure in my ear caused one side of my face to be affected by Bell ’s palsy. I couldn’t use the left side of my face – couldn’t blink, raise my eyebrow, drink or eat properly as my mouth had drooped. It was a very difficult and scary period for me.
I had never come across this condition and I was terrified, anxious and emotional. When I met Dr Zeb, he was confident in saying that he can help me and was very reassuring. He took an in depth history before explaining to me my treatment and about homeopathic medicine.
I was absolutely amazed at how I progressed through treatment. In just 4 weeks I was able to feel movement in my face, able to blink and speak! The spasms were under control and my face started to align itself. This was a miracle for me as when you research this condition on the net it advises that it can take months for the face to start to recover.
I was able to go back to work, take my daughter to school and go out as normal – all the things you take for granted.
Dr Zeb is an honest and professional doctor who is dedicated to his patients and work. I am truly very thankful to Dr Zeb for helping and treating me and I would most definitely recommend him. I also believe homeopathic treatment should be available through the NHS as it would be great for people to have a choice to opt for this because it works.
Yours Sincerely

They did blood tests and said that it came negative for arthritis and gout. So I was very disappointed and it had gone on for over a year now when I finally came to Dr Saran Zeb.
Dr Zeb started my treatment the same day we had consultation and I followed it up with four appointments for the next four weeks. I am very pleased and happy with his treatment and its outcome as I am 99% cured and can walk properly now.
I would be greatly obliged if we could get this treatment on NHS as it will be much more affordable and more people can benefit from it.

I have rheumatoid arthritis from last seven years. I was treated via NHS. The consultant prescribed tablets and injections. This treatment provided a temporary comfort in the pain but no improvement in the physical tiredness and swelling of the feet. This makes me feel worry.
My friend told me about homeopathic treatment. I started the homeopathic treatment five months ago with Dr Saran Zeb. The homeopathic treatment not only controls the joint pain and the swelling of my legs but also improve the weakness of my body. I have more energy and can do more physical and mental work without feeling weak.
I do not need to take the painkillers and using the regular injection, which prescribed by the consultant from hospital because the pain and swelling of the joints are much better by the homeopathic treatment.
I am feeling well and doing my routine work, which was very difficult to do before. I recommend the homeopathic treatment to all of the arthritis patients and I hope they have equal benefit as I did.

In December 2012 I had my second boy, three days before my emergency C-section I developed severe pain in my lower back, pelvis and legs. The condition was so severe that within a few hours I could not move my legs at all.
I was in a lot of pain, I was unable to walk, sit, or even sleep in bed also I was unable to turn left or right while sleeping. I had been told by the doctors that it would take about 18 weeks for me to recover because my muscles had became very weak and also that I had a small gap in the joint between my pelvis and hip.
I had been treated by Dr Saran Zeb in the past and had full faith in him. When I had my first baby I developed a frozen shoulder which he treated. I decided to move to my mum to get my treatment from Dr Saran Zeb.
Dr Saran Zeb prescribed homoeopathic medication to strengthen my muscles and to close the gap in the pelvic and hip joint. Now six weeks later I am able to walk a few steps at home. I am walking with the aid of a Zimmer frame.
I am taking fewer painkillers and I am pain free most of the time and this is all thanks to Dr Saran Zeb and all his hard work and dedication to his work.
Regards
Mrs H. H

Note: 5/04/2013: Now I am feeling much better regarding to my lower back pain and pelvis pain. I can walk pain free, do my house work, sleep any side which I like without feeling any pain, while before just to take few steps were very difficult for me. All these improvement I have gain due to the homeopathic treatment.

I am writing to say a big thanks to Dr. Saran Zeb, who helped me to get rid of the horrible chronic joint pain which I was suffering from last 4 years. I was diagnosed by Rheumatoid Arthritis not very long ago and I sustain to start the treatment with NHS. Although the doctor from NHS was very helpful to develop a way to exist but all medications were given to me was not really helpful to feel me better, even I would more pain started in my joints and I felt badly in profound depression.
My brother heard from one of his friends that the homeopathic treatment may help me to reduce the pain so he searched Dr. Saran Zeb over internet. Being classically trained in homeopathic field we were drawn to consult him about the disease I had.
Dr Saran’s clinic is very professional about everything – detailed case analysis; help support to fight the disease, delivering the medicine on time etc. A part from homeopathic medication, he also put me on a special diet of vegetables and also advised me to do some extra measures on my daily basis works. In the beginning I was reluctant to believe that I could feel any better from the treatment I am having because I had used all the other ways to control but I was failed to get any success.
Within a period of four weeks I would say I literally felt better and in the last week of treatment I was totally painless. My morning stiffness has gone properly, my night sleep has come back and I have no more pain in my joints. All I have is a little stiffness left in my shoulders which seems to be improving already. I am very glad that I have had a treatment with Dr Saran Zeb and he helped me to start my routine life once more time. I can’t believe that homeopathic treatment could cure me so very well. Since I feel quite better I would always prefer homeopathic treatment over all other treatments available to me.
I heard that it is being considered that the homeopathic medicines will be provided through NHS. Since it is a safe and affordable way I support this brilliant idea and I hope we will be able to start homeopathic treatments from NHS soon.

To whom it may concern
Being grateful to God Almighty, I am writing to thank you Dr. Saran Zeb, for your medical help and support. Since receiving treatment from your centre, I have noticed a great improvement in my health. I came to you for alternative treatment to the conventional medicines which I had been taking for a good few months.
I had been suffering with pain in my upper right side due to Gallstones and as a result, underwent a procedure called ‘Laprascopic Cholecystectomy’ in April, 2011. The operation was complicated but successful, yet the post–operative period was very traumatic because I was in constant pain even after twelve weeks of surgery.
It was very disturbing and frustrating for my family too. The crippling pain left me devastated as I could neither bend down nor lift anything heavier than two kilogram’s; turning in bed became a taboo as well as prostrating during prayers. As long as I was on very strong pain killers I was relieved of pain but when weaned off them, the pain was unbearable.
Pain killers could not be taken for long due to their side effects. My consultant did several blood tests, a CT scan, colonoscopy and MRI too. All tests depicted clear but my persistent pain amazed the consultant. He could not think of anything else. I was compelled to look for a second opinion.
My niece in Pakistan requested me to go for Homeopathic treatment as it did help her in her times of illness. While surfing the net I came across Dr. Saran Zeb’s clinic and gave it a try. In October, 2011, I consulted him for treatment. He prescribed me variety of medicines from powders, drops to tablets as and when needed according to the severity or the improvement of the pain. Within a few weeks of medication I began to feel the difference. With God’s grace and his treatment, I have been cured. I have gained back most of my energy, can do vacuum cleaning around the house, go up and down the stairs without any problem and most of all can now comfortably prostate during my prayers.
My family and I have been greatly impressed with the effectiveness of the Homeopathic treatment by Dr Saran Zeb and pray for immense success in his field. I strongly believe that Homeopathic medicine/ treatment should be made available on the NHS as it definitely works and would be greatly beneficial to all who use it. I sincerely hope and pray that this alternate treatment becomes a reality in the very near future.
With kind regards
Mrs. S. J.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I have been a patient at Dr Saran Zeb’s clinic since 2008 after I became extremely ill and was recommended by a family member who was already a patient at his clinic. I started suffering from pain in my back which spread to other parts of my body and I soon became restricted to bed rest. I started off my going to my GP who told me it was not a major problem and was only due to weather changes and gave me some antibiotics.
Over the next few weeks my condition got worse and became very slow and felt tired all the time even though I was on bed rest and did not move without any physical support from a family member. The antibiotics given to me by my GP gave me a very severe side effect which involved the corner of my eyes blood red, itchy and they used to water a lot. I could not go out into the sunlight without sunglasses because it would cause me a lot of pain in my eyes. Realizing that antibiotic were doing me no good I decided to visit Dr Saran Zeb and ask him for any help he could offer although I was not rather optimistic about whether his medicines would benefit me where as all antibiotics failed.
Through his visits where he took a detailed account of my condition every time helped him analyse where my symptoms were and he gave me medicines accordingly. To my surprise the medicines started showing effect within the first couple of days of me taking them. Gradually my body became more active and I was able to walk around and attend college normally again which looked rather impossible just a few weeks back. My eyes also lost the redness and it became possible for me to out without having to cover my eyes which were a huge relief.
Being a university student I would not think a twice about the NHS providing us this service because I find it difficult to pay for my medicines consider having to pay for my fees and other expenses that come along. I believe that I am not the only one that needs such medications to help them and would be grateful if service such as the one that Dr Saran Zeb provides is funded through the NHS. Especially university student like me, who may see expenses as an obstacle into getting such help. I am sure if NHS opted for this scheme it could be life changing for many people.

To Whom It May Concern:
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I began homeopathic treatment with Dr Saran Zeb following recommendations from family members who had very successful outcomes for various medical problems.
I was suffering from severe muscular and joint pains which were affecting my knee and also my back. I was suffering for a long time and the only relief was with painkillers which I was reluctant to take continually over such a long period of time. My sever backache interfered with my daily routine and made lifting and carrying and doing my job very hard. This was very upsetting and frustrating.
I saw Dr Zeb who treated my symptoms and after just one week of treatment I saw an immediate difference in my knee pains. The treatment has been very effective and I have been very impressed at what seems like 'miraculous' cures. The treatment on my back has also been outstanding.
The treatment however, is costly and for many people is unaffordable. This treatment has to be made accessible to everyone and to people who may not be able to afford it themselves, The treatment programmes make a difference and change lives for the better.
I would definitely urge the NHS to support Dr Zeb's therapy and treatment, and provide funding for the homeopathic clinic to operate under the NHS. Homeopathy definitely works and would be beneficial to all who use it. Please help to make it available to all.
Yours faithfully,
Ms. S. A.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been consulting Dr Zeb for over 2 years now. Before I went to see him I had many problems regarding high blood pressure and severe back problems. However before I did begin to consult Dr Zeb I did see my local GP, but all I was given were either painkillers or creams for my troubles. These did not help me as my problems continued to persist with even greater force. I turned to Homeopathy as a last resort not knowing what to expect.

However I can confidently say that turning to Homeopathy was one of the best decisions I have made. I was given tablets to lower my blood pressure and also given oils in which were applied to my back. I was astounded when my back became less painful and as a consequence I was much happier. In time my blood pressure had dramatically lowered and my back began to hurt less frequently and even if it did hurt, it was not as severe as before the treatment.

I am past the half way stage in my life. I strongly believe that if I did not seek help from homeopathy I would have had an increased chance of having a heart attack or stroke in the years to come. Even though I have luckily not encountered those problems yet I believe that homeopathy has prevented or prolonged that from happening to me. I do believe that prevention is much better than cure. Homeopathy in a way has regenerated my life, as I was always, in the past, living with discomfort day in day out. Being successfully treated meant for me that I could live a much more liberating life, without being held back by my distressing conditions, so that I could enjoy my life for even longer, by the NHS, a service in which I had faith in but has disappointed me in the past years.

Although Homeopathy has helped me so much both mentally and physically, it has not been cheap. I have been able to afford the treatments unlike other people that haven't, so consequently they have not benefited fully from the advantages of Homeopathy as strongly as I have. Over the past years I must say that my treatment has cost more than a thousand pounds. Although I do believe that the prices are far too high, I cannot put a price on my health. I would be willing to pay this much and subsequently have done just to live a happy and healthy life, something that I should have been able to do anyway, regardless if I had one pound or a thousand pounds.

However I do understand that the NHS is considering supporting and introducing Homeopathic medicines into its service. I believe that by doing this the NHS will be moving forward in a positive way. By using homeopathy as an alternative way of treating illnesses and conditions, I believe that people will benefit greatly from the broad range of natural medicines, which have proved to successfully cure conditions and illnesses naturally, without the need for various different chemicals.

I believe that everybody should be able to live a pleasing, discomfort free-life and if a Homeopathic medicine can be used to treat a patient, then why should it not be used? I understand that some people are unable to afford the treatment as mentioned before but surely everybody deserves to have a chance of being able to live without health relates problems. However I also understand that Homeopathic also deals with people with emotional issues. The only emotional issues I have heard the NHS deal with are depression. I have so much faith in Homeopathy and urge the NHS to consider and eventually introduce these medicines into its system. It would be a breakthrough for the public to feel the full benefits of Homeopathy and I am positive that my faith along with many other people, would begin grow and eventually be restored confidently back into the NHS by doing so.

Kind Regards, Mrs. K K

To Whom It May Concern I have been seeing Dr. Zeb since 1998. During this period I had various illnesses. These have included a kidney infection, food poisoning, aches and pains in the body as well as severe stress and depression.
Before the homoeopathic treatment I was regularly taking antibiotics, and painkillers, also my GP was prescribing anti-inflammatory tablets. I was taking these medicines just to control my symptoms. When I reduced my dosage, the illnesses came back worse than before. There was no cure for my problem.
Since I stated homoeopathic treatment with Dr. Zeb I saw improvements within a few months. My kidney infection has got better, but whenever I am not drinking enough water or I was eating sweets the kidneys played up again but was quickly controlled when I took my homoeopathic medicine and the kidney pain and infection disappeared straight away.
I have been having depression, eating disorders, leg pain, flu and cold. Because of many health problems I have required homoeopathic treatment from time to time over 8 years and I have gained lots of benefit from the treatment. Due to this homoeopathic treatment I did not need to take any painkillers, antibiotics or any other GP medication.
My son D is also taking homoeopathic treatments from Dr Zeb since 1998. He was 1 year old when he began treatment for a sore throat, vomiting and eating disorders, he was also hyper active and had eczema on his leg. I took my son to the GP and he prescribed painkillers, which helped but did not solve his problems. When he started homoeopathic treatment my son recovered very well. Over the past 8 years whenever my son has been ill he has been treated successfully with homoeopathic medicines.
I would still like to continue with the homoeopathic treatment and carry on with the benefits I have been receiving, because I know that when I stop the medicines, my health deteriorates because of the multiple illnesses. I am a single unemployed parent and for the last 8 years I have been paying for my homoeopathic treatments from my incapacity benefit, which left me in financial difficulty. I know that my health is more important than anything else, but I feel I could not pay homoeopathic treatment from my incapacity benefit, because now my son is growing older, he demands his own things from me. I could not refuse his wishes otherwise he will suffer. This is why I strongly request to my GP and the NHS management to provide homoeopathic treatment through the NHS. Because I know from my previous health experience that if I do not get my homoeopathic treatment I believe my health will get worse, and I do not want to be made dependant on a wheel chair or dialysis machine.
Yours Sincerely
MS V. P

Dear Dr. Zeb,
I have been suffering from back pain problems ever since the birth of my second child 11 years ago. I tried various treatments such as acupuncture, physiotherapy, Chinese herbs etc, which did gave me some pain relief temporary. However, a friend recommended me to you 10 years ago. You have been treated my pain successfully over the years and I am now able to continue to live life normal and have been able to continue with my career. I have also suffered joint pains, which you also treated successfully. Over the years I have brought my children over to you for treatment of minor infections etc and also the older son, M. B. for eczema and asthma. This has been treated successfully as well but as I can no longer afford to attend your clinic with both my son and for my health issue. Unfortunately, as I could not afford the treatment for my son's eczema, it has flared up again within last one year.
I would also like to continue attending your clinic for my bad back and other health related issues such as blood pressure and severe hay fever which was treated successfully as well recently, thanks to your medicines; I suffered with mild depression over the years, which you treated within 3 months, 7 years ago as well. I realise the benefit of homoeopathic medicine and this controlled my health problems without any side effects, which I was receiving from the conventional medicines. I am highly grateful for the way you had controlled my tinnitus, which was making my life, a misery.
My son also benefited from using your treatment for eczema and asthma, which has flared up again. Recently, I was given an antibiotic, which originally started my tinnitus- Eurothomyicin by my GP for upper respiratory infection. Unfortunately, I think this has started my tinnitus once again. I have visited your clinic 4 times after that and feel that my tinnitus is now dying down but you consider I would benefit from a continuous treatment to control other symptoms such as mild depression.
Unfortunately, with other financial commitment and children expenses and running of household I am now finding is extremely hard to meet your treatment expenses for me and my son. I also think that it is unfair that I have to pay for this treatment especially for my son and feel that it really ought to be provided by the NHS. I have learnt that the NHS is considering supporting the alternative method of medication. Having seen the benefit, I would support the NHS with this, especially if they could somehow help me financially or subsidise the treatment I receive.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs S. B.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am pleased to say that I returned back to U.K in November 2005 and was taking orthodox treatment from my local G.P for high blood pressure.
The medicines, which I was taking, increased my left side pain in the whole body. I went to the Primary Care Trust in Essex for finding out the causes of this old complaint under the advice of my G.P. clinic in January 2006.
The PCT welcomed me but the medicine they gave me for pain killing Paracitamol 500 mg plus 15 mg of some other medicine as combined one. I took it regularly but there was no bowel movement for three days consequently, together with burning in my intestine, and eventually the urine was blocked and I had to use catheter for about 5 weeks for passing out my water. But I was lucky enough that no further side effect was caused and I had to return all the stuff back to the Pharmacy un-used, for a similar side effect I had gone through while I was in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne (U.K), in 1960.
I came across Homoeopathic Doctor Saran Zeb of Ilford recently and he give me his medicines for high blood pressure and left side pain in the body and it did me a miracle in few days, which the other Doctor could not do in ages.
I wish Dr Saran Zeb all success in his profession and desire that he comes on the list of the N.H.S Doctors for the benefit of the patients and Health Ministry too.
Yours faithfully
Mr N. A. K.

To, Dr. Zeb

I first went to see Dr Zeb a few years ago because of a breathing problem, which was asthmatic and which I got daily. At an annual check up I was told that I would have to medication. However, as I have always preferred Homoeopathic medicine I went to Dr. Zeb. I had a course of treatment and I keep his medication in case I need it, but instead of getting the problem every day I now only get it occasionally, which is fantastic.
I have since seen Dr. Zeb for:
Pain shooting up my right leg, which was so bad, it kept me awake at nights and stopped me in my tracks during the day. These have now gone and I am pain free.
A lump on my ankle which was painful this has now cleared up.
Painful intercourse- this is improving and very much better than when I first went.
Cystitis- now completely cleared.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Zeb to anyone who has a health problem.
Yours sincerely

I have been attending Dr Zeb's homeopathic clinic for a number of years.
I suffer with a variety of ailments, especially arthritis, which have all been lessened due to the help of Dr Zeb.
In this day and age of being "rushed" in a surgery, (e.g. prescription being issued before you've managed to tell the Dr all of your symptoms), it really is a pleasant change to have someone like Dr Zeb who actually listens and takes an interest.
With Homeopathic medicine there is no side effects or drugs, so it is a more healthy way of being treated.
After years of suffering severe period pain, it was such a relief to be helped by Dr Zeb. I only wish I had discovered Homeopathic medicine years ago.

I have been consulting Dr. Zeb at the homoeopathic clinic for the last 2 years for my severe arthritis. A friend recommended him as she was a previous patient.
At the start of my treatment I had swollen feet and hands. This prevented me from doing many day to day activities, working also became very difficult. I was also unable to lift my arms above my head.
However, after continuous use of the medication provided by Dr. Zeb, I am now able to do many of the things I could not do before. I am also able to work. This is because the medication controls the pain and has prevented the arthritis developing further.
After having tried all sorts of medication recommended by various people I would say this homoeopathic medicine has been the most successful. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Zeb.

Dear Dr. Zeb,
During 2002 I suffered for six weeks with a very painful repetitive strain injury to my left arm. Even strong painkillers did not ease the problem. My GP arranged for me to see a neurologist, but that would be long wait.
You prescribed a remedy for me, and within ten days the pain was completely gone. I was able to inform the neurologist that I no longer had the problem.
Also, at the beginning of 2003 I changed my diet quite radically. During the following months I began to feel very fatigued. After consulting you I understood that I had made the change in eating habits too quickly. You prescribed a remedy, and after two weeks I was feeling energetic again.
It may be useful for those who are new to homeopathy to bear in mind that the first remedy might not be the perfect one, but it's well worth being patient and using the next one which is prescribed, This was the case with me, in regard to the repetitive strain injury, and I am very pleased that I did not lose heart and refuse the second remedy.
I highly recommend the homeopathic approach.
Sincerely,
C. G. (Miss)

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I have been seeing Dr. Saran Zeb on and off for more than 5 years.
I have consulted him for various complaints, ranging from hypoglycaemia linked to hypothyroidism, as well as historical emotional problems, and aches and pains.
I also consulted Dr Zeb when I had a whiplash due to an accident and had suffered from shock. The homeopathic medicine I took assisted in reducing the shock and pain. I was able to relax, calm down and continued my life without suffering too much stress and strain almost immediately after the accident.
It was my decision to see a homeopathic doctor to solve my medical problems and mental conditions, although I have a good GP.
The reason for this decision to see a homeopath was due to my fear of taking too many chemicals. Where a condition can be improved with homeopathic medicines, I prefer taking these rather than chemicals (drugs).
My body is important to me and although I have been prescribed long-term hormone treatment Thyroxin for the under-active thyroid, the symptoms connected with this condition have been kept to a minimum by my turning to homeopathy.
I am therefore able to take both conventional and homeopathic medicines side by side, which has helped in alleviating my problems, thereby enabling me to continue working in a demanding and stressful environment, as I have done for many years now.
In all these years I have found Dr Zeb to be extremely professional, hardworking as well as a kind and caring person.
Nothing is too small or too big for him. I have even discussed all professional and personal aspects of my life with him, and he has proved to be a very good listener. Added to his good listening capabilities is his capacity to prescribe the correct alternative medicine when I need it.
I have come a long way since my younger days when I was emotionally scarred due to historical events, and used to be nervous and anxious. I have gradually been able to live a more normal life.
I am truly glad that I had decided to see Dr Zeb when I did.
Dr Zeb, I thank you.

I have been consulting Dr Zeb of the Homeopathic Clinic for the last 7-8 years for myself, my family and for my grand children.
The first time I consulted Dr. Zeb was for my "Frozen Shoulder", which was the result of a fall. My GP labelled it as "Arthritic Pains" bound to occur as wear and tear due to progressing age. However, I must say I was very pleased with the results of the treatment by Dr. Zeb and up to today, my shoulder is, as strong as it was before the fall. I have never looked back since then.
Due to swimming I developed chronic ear problems with a lot of eczema skin round the ear which was also successfully treated by Dr. Zeb.
Any pain in the neck, knee or back has also been treated by Dr. Zeb.
I have also consulted Dr. Zeb for my grand children's aliments like coughs colds and throat infection with very good results with Homeopathic remedies. My first choice for any problem for the family is Homeopathy and Dr. Zeb as I am firm believer of Natural Remedies and Homeopathy and as such I have referred a lot of other people with various ailments to Dr. Zeb and they too have been treated by him, with very good results.
I wish him more success in treating people.

noticed a big difference. My hair is not falling out anymore and I have new hair
growing.
I'm very happy with the result. I will highly recommend Dr Zeb.

I was suffering from heavy hair loss at the time.
After my consultation with Dr Zeb and taking the prescribed homeopathic medicine, I have to say the results were excellent. In a short period of literally weeks my hair loss has improved 60% and has started to grow back.
I think the results for me personally are incredible as I was a bit sceptical at first.
Believe me when I say you have to give homeopathy a chance.

I have been seeing Dr Zeb for the past 7 years now for various problems. At first I came to him for treatment of alopecia, I was sceptic at first but after only 3 sessions I was amazed by the results. I have been suffering from constipation for many years, I went to my GP countless times but no matter how many times my medication was changed nothing worked, if not it went a lot worse this affected me emotionally and physically. I went again to Dr Zeb and after a few weeks treatment, not only felt better with constipation, but also felt good physically and emotionally. I've been suffering from dry skin for many years; with the homoeopathic treatment my skin was much better. I feel like a new person and I'm a lot confident within myself. Thanks to Dr Zeb and his support and homeopathic medicine.
I strongly believe that homeopathic medicine should be available on the NHS. As a single parent who works part time I do find it expensive, if it was available on the NHS a lot of people who are suffering and can't afford it can benefit by taking homeopathic medicine that's why it should be available on the NHS. I can say that I highly recommend it to everyone, health wise I feel great.

Dear Dr Zeb
I have been suffering with alopaecia over 3 years. I was referred to a dermatologist at hospital in October 2003. He prescribed Rogaine, which, could not be prescribed under the NHS. this proved to be very costly and the side effects of facial hair was very depressing. I therefore stopped using Rogaine and looked into a more natural solution to my hair problem. I stumbled across your advert in the local paper back in December 2005 and I have been a patient of yours since then. I have noticed a great improvement in my alopecia. Hair is slowly but surely growing back, especially in the area most seriously affected by the alopecia. I used to be very depressed and unhappy with the way my hair looked in the past, but since being treated by you, my depression has lifted and I am a much happier person due to the signs of new hair growth.
I would like to continue with the homoeopathic treatment I am receiving from you and would, without a doubt, support the NHS alternative medicines. I was told that alopecia could not be treated under the NHS, and any treatment I pursue would have to be treated privately, which I am unable to afford. I would therefore gladly endorse your treatment for alopecia as I can see the benefits myself. It would also help me financially, should you get NHS backing.
Yours sincerely
Mrs C. C-O.

To whom it may concern
I first consulted Dr Zeb at the Homeopathic clinic about three to four years ago as I had a noticeable bold patch on my head (alopecia), which was gradually increasing in size and causing me great distress. Following treatment, and to my great relief my hair grew back completely within three months. I experienced a further occurrence of alopecia a couple of years later, which consisted of several smaller bold patches on a different part of my scalp. I returned to Dr Zeb and again I began to see hair growth within a matter of weeks with full re-growth within a three to four month period.
In addition, my ten-year-old son was suffering from a skin complaint and most evenings an itchy rash would appear on his back, legs and face for about an hour and then completely disappear, My son was becoming upset both because of embarrassment and because of the dreadful itch. After three consultations with Dr Zeb, during which my son was given a course of treatment and advice about diet I am very happy and relieved to say that the condition improved considerably. It has flared up only on one occasion since, however, Dr Zeb provided more 'medication' and the symptoms again subsided dramatically.
Before my first ever consultation, I was perhaps a little cynical and sceptical about homoeopathy but I am now truly converted. Indeed, as my family and I have experienced successful and positive results I fully recommend and trust both Dr Zeb and the treatment of homeopathy.
Yours faithfully

Chapter 8 - Skin Problems
(Eczema, Psoriasis, Acne, vitaligo, dry skin etc)

Letter 25

20th Feb 2014
To Whom It May Concern
About 6 months ago, I was suffering from the skin disorder which started with minor itching which soon becomes uncontrollable leading to red patches and even small blisters. I saw my GP for about 3 months to get the medication, where the treatment involved some medicines and different lotions containing urea to help with the symptoms. I didn’t get any relief for months and then I had to ask GP to recommend the specialist.
A friend recommend homeopathy, as she had similar condition and homeopathy helped her. I looked on internet and found Dr Zeb’s clinic close to my place. While I was waiting for the specialist appointment, I just decided to give it a try.
During the first appointment lasting approximately 45 minutes, Dr Zeb undertook the full assessment of the physical and emotional symptoms before starting the treatment. In a month, I was feeling a lot better. After 3 appointments, I was 90% relieved of my symptoms and the doctor said that I would not need any continued medication now. He gave a one last prescription but I was asked to use only when needed. I had to use it occasionally but soon I was fully cured. The beauty of the treatment was that I could see to getting better with no side effects at all.
I will be happy to seek homeopathy treatment in future as well, now that the belief is settled. Sadly, the treatment is not available through NHS but I strongly propose the idea that the people should have option to try alternative medicine through NHS. In the hindsight, this might help the already overloaded NHS where it is so hard and long wait to get the specialist appointments.
Best Regards
Ms D. K

Dear DR Zeb
Whenever I thought about the time when I had not visited you, it makes me so scared. I am just mentioning this for the people to know what happened with me when I had two or three warts on my face under cheeks. I visited a doctor and he applied some sort of cream on warts, In 20 minutes all warts gone but made my skin black like its burnt but I was ok that the warts had gone. But that satisfaction was just temporary as I have got a lot of warts under my cheeks, neck and this time between ten to fifteen warts. So I left with marks and more warts and I was so desperate that time.
Some of my friends suggested to me to see a homeopathic doctor and try the homeopathic medication but I was not aware of homeopathy much that time.
After this all I visited you, you gave me hope to come out from that depression and start medication, which although slow is perfect. Every time I visited in that five months of medication, I got a good hope and satisfaction in that kind of depression and after five months I got my face clear from all the warts without burning my skin and there are no visible marks of warts on my skin. I am definitely am more than thankful to you for all your help and support to take me out from that depression, as well as treating me very sincerely. After my personal experience of homeopathic medication, I will strongly recommend it to everyone suffering with warts.
I will surly say you are a good homeopathic doctor and will not hesitate to recommend you and your service to anybody regarding any problem.

To whom it may concern,
First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude and thank Dr Saran Zeb for providing medication for my eczema which has troubled me for most of my life.
I have been a patient of Dr Saran Zeb for the last eight months.
My eczema has been around since I was five years of age but it has rapidly gotten worse in the last year. I have been prescribed many tablets and creams from my G.P over the years; however it got to the point where none of the prescribed medicines worked. As a result, I started to get dark patches all over my body, including on my face, and I soon lost all confidence.
After seeing how bad my eczema had got, a family member recommended me to Dr Saran Zeb and I booked an appointment to see him.
Since then, I have been seeing Dr Saran Zeb every three to four weeks and the help I have received from homeopathic medicine has helped me visibly and mentally. My dark patches are disappearing and my confidence has almost fully returned.
I have been informed that the N.H.S are considering supporting homeopathic medicine, as well as other alternatives and I believe it would be a great addition to the support and help the N.H.S already offers and a great benefit to both patients and homeopathic doctors. Take in account that I am only fourteen, so the effect homeopathic medicine has had on me, in helping me to improve my eczema, has been very beneficial. Thanks to homeopathic medicine and Dr Saran Zeb, instead of looking away, I can now smile when looking at a mirror.
I am definitely, no hesitation, in favour of the N.H.S supporting homeopathic medicine.

To whom it may concern
First I would like to thank almighty without his acceptance nothing is possible. Second to God, to me is Dr Saran Zeb who treated my son who was suffering from vitaligo and been told by N.H.S that there is no treatment for it.
On March 2011 I noticed slight white patches on his fingers and thumb and a bit of discoloration on his lips. I started panicking and crying. I took him to my doctors and she said there is no treatment for his condition which was very heart breaking, but my husband and I did not give up.
We started to look for private treatments while searching on the net; we came across Homoeopathic treatment and found Dr Saran Zeb. We went to see him and just in the first appointment everything seemed positive, he reassured us that there is a treatment for vitaligo. The way his treatments work is not just to cure the diseases, but to look into through emotional behaviours side of it too.
I was not sure at the beginning that he was more worried about my son’s emotions and his behaviours, then he explained the way he cures the patients it has to be that side of it too. I can’t thank him enough for making my son better not just health wise but by behaviours wise too.
My son is still under treatment although he is cured 75% and doctor is adamant to get his up to 100% which I have blind faith in him that he will cure him 100%.
My advice to all, please do not have a second thought to go and see Dr Saran Zeb as you will come out with amazing, wonderful results. With my personal experience of my rough journey God is first who I can’t thank enough and second God to me is Dr Saran Zeb.

To whom it may concern,

I have been suffering from severe psoriasis since childhood. Throughout the many years I have been to my GP on a number of occasions and they have referred me to the hospital but the creams they provided were not effective. A family member, who also a patient of Dr Zeb recommended him to me. So I decided to travel from Birmingham to London to see if he could provide relief for my condition.
We had a one hour consultation, where Dr Zeb asked me questions in regards to my health. He also assessed itchy, flaky and bleeding skin which was very sore from dryness. He provided medication appropriate for my skin condition after one hour consultation. Coming for my regular consultation with Dr Zeb on a monthly basis and using the medication and creams provided by him effectively decreased the severity of my symptoms. My psoriasis has now cleared up by using Dr Zeb’s medication and I am able to wear short sleeves. I would defiantly recommend Dr Zeb to anyone who is suffering from a skin condition and also any other medical problems.

Miss N B

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I came to Dr Saran Zeb’s London Homoeopathic Clinic because I was suffering from skin condition. The condition I had was rash. The rash would start out as a dark spot or a dry skin patch on my skin from there it would form little spots which were very itchy. Slowly they began to spread over my shoulder, arms, hands and legs. The condition got worse when the spots combined and then it would start to weep. I suffered sleepless nights because I was so uncomfortable.
When I came to see Dr Zeb he held an hour consultation which was very detailed. Then he examined my skin and made me cream to apply to the affected areas and gave me some drops as well as some tablets to take internally. The medication was made in the clinic right in front of me. By taking the medication which was prescribed to me by Dr Zeb, my rash started to heal, although it was healing it left behind scabs which were unbearably itchy, but Dr Zeb’s medication also helped with the itching.
Thanks to Dr Zeb and homoeopathy medication I am now recovering. I would recommend anyone who is suffering unnecessarily to visit Dr Zeb and see for themselves the benefit of homoeopathy.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I have been a patient of Dr Saran Zeb since March 2010 after I was recommended to him by a family member. I have had eczema since I was a very small child and have suffered with it since. I have tried numerous different medications to try to rid of this skin condition including Chinese medicines, creams subscribed by my GP as well as steroid cream and tablets, but nothing worked in the long term and had some had horrible side effects.
Last winter my eczema became severe my skin was red, inflamed and bled. In the following weeks the condition of my skin worsened to the point that my skin began to shed and I had countless sleepless nights due to the skin irritation. I could not wear most of my clothes as it felt scratchy against my skin and having a shower became a painful experience At this point I had decided that I had to do something more and turned to Dr Saran Zeb. As I am sure many others are also, I was wary of what the result of homoeopathy would be. I had never tried this method before and was little sceptical. However in the weeks to follow I gained more and more faith as I began to see results. During each consultancy Dr Saran Zeb would take a detailed account of my condition and gave me a variety of medication including tablets, powders and also oils if I was happy to use them. Within a short period of time I could see and feel the difference in my skin and from them on my skin got better and better. Today my skin is no longer red or inflamed and I have Dr Saran Zeb and his homoeopathic treatment to thank for that .
I know that it may be hard to be believed that homoeopathic medicine could do what the doctor’s medicine’s could not, without experiencing it first hand, however I am sure that my account along with many others will give you an idea of how homoeopathic medicine can really help. I believe that it would be of great benefit to people if they had the option of alternative medication such as homoeopathy and I fully support any scheme that would make this possible. As a student it is difficult to fund this kind of treatment and although I did not hesitate to try homoeopathy myself, I know that for many people that expense could be an obstacle. Homoeopathy has worked for me and others that I know and I believed that the NHS has no need to deliberate about a scheme which could end the daily suffering of many with various conditions.

To whom it may concern
I begin this letter by delivering my gratitude to God, and my sincere thanks to Dr. Saran Zeb for his untiring effort, searching the most appropriate medicine to my skin problem.
1 am a regular patient of Dr Zeb, and began this treatment since November 2007.1 am a vitiligo patient since I was twelve years old, and I believe a permanent cure for this is with homoeopathy (God's willing). I have been following homoeopathy treatment since I was seventeen years old. I have accessed to this alternative treatment in my country for nearly five years, followed by homoeopathy in India for three years, and now with Dr Zeb's homoeopathy for nearly two years. I found Dr Zeb's way of treating his patient's illness is highly effective, and efficient. The benefits that I have received from this treatment are not solely for myself rather they must be grabbed and shared by all people.
The advantages that I have reaped from this homoeopathic treatment could be listed as follows: it has no drug, and therefore it has a total free of side-effects; it provides a permanent recovery by treating any illness through a holistic approach; it gives an uncomplicated and practical daily medical prescription; and it presents an in-depth analysis before the prescription is produced. Therefore, it could be right to claim that the best medicine in the world lays in homoeopathy; a tiny ball treating thousands of illness.
I have had this skin problem for nearly twenty years. I went to the hospital, looking for the solution to this problem. Yet, I have always been disappointed because this skin problem is believed to be one of the difficult illnesses to be treated. I should mention here, however, that the skin did recover but it was temporary. I opted to homeopathy, and now see some improvement.
In this treatment, Dr Zeb did mention that my skin problem has been strongly influenced on an emotional level. It is also believed that with a good and balanced psychological state, my skin problem would be treated easily and quickly. I used to have a very bad experience in my life, and this had almost ruined my psychological balance. I used to cry every hour, and lived in an extremely depressed condition for nearly four years. But now, it is gone! Praise to God as now I found my emotion is completely cured with the treatment received from Dr Zeb's homoeopathic treatment
It is suggested that the NHS should be extended to the homoeopathic patients/users since it can reduce the burden of seeking and reaping the benefits of this treatment. By doing this, moreover, the government would be able to allocate the right budget to those who entitle for NHS, and minimize the demanding hours and perhaps a long queue in the hospital•
Yours truly

Miss N I

Dear Doctor
I believe it is important that homeopathic treatment is financially supported by the health service. I hope my request will encourage you to help such practices as that of Dr Saran Zeb's.
Myself; and my daughter are currently being treated by Dr Saran Zeb. After trying many different forms of treatment for eczema my daughter has shown many signs of improvement under homeopathic treatment.
As I believe that most of the eczema is related to her emotional well being, she is being treated for that. She is 11 and has had eczema since 6 weeks old. She is now more confident than before and there is more physical evidence of change too, I was told by my G.P that there is no cure, children grow out of it. But I see differences in my child since treatment had started. May be she would grow out of it, but I think when you have a distressed child you have to find ways to relieve the distress. I couldn't wait for her to 'grow out of it'.
Please support homeopathic clinic because as a patient it is financially demanding when the two of us have to pay out for treatment that is working for us.
Yours truly,
Mrs. N. K.

I have been receiving treatments from my homeopath (Dr Saran Zeb) for a few months and have had excellent results from the treatment I have received.
I have had severe eczema from a very young age and had been prescribed different cream and tablets from my GP, which would work at first but the stopped after a while.
My homeopath (Dr Saran Zeb) gave me a cream and tablets on my first consultation, which started to work immediately and have been working since.
I think that homeopathic treatment should be available on NHS for everyone.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Dear Reader
I used to suffer from excessive sweats during the night, which completely soaked the pillows all the way through. These happened quite frequently, over several years, and were steadily getting worse; this caused me some concern, sleepless nights and frequent purchases of new pillows due to damage caused by the sweats. People joked that it was my age and it normally only happens to women. After just one session with Doctor Zeb and two days of medicine the sweats have ceased and have not re-occurred for over 9 months. More recently I took my problem of pains in the left face and ear to him and again one session and 3 doses of medicine and the pains have not re-appeared for 5 months.
Doctor Zeb has an amazing skill of being able in his one-hour sessions to know exactly what the problem is and has the means to get to the source of problem without creating unpleasant symptoms that I normally get with drug treatments.
Thank you, I can and do recommend your practice as the place to find sympathetic professional consultations and effective remedies.
Yours sincerely
Mr. P. R.

24th May 2006

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been treated by Dr Saran Zeb for over two years now. Over that period of time I have been given various different homoeopathic medicines to help me physically but have also helped me emotionally. When I first went to Saran it was because of my face discoloration which is called vitiligo. Although this discoloration had always been on my left cheek as long as I could remember, I thought it was perfectly normal. However when I started getting older I realized that the rest of my body was perfect compared to my face including my right cheek so I went to see my local GP who gave me a cream.
Every night I applied this cream and all it did was clog up my pores, At this point I was even more emotionally uneasy with my face as I started to come up with huge pussy spots along with the discoloration. I tried make-up and many other products to hide my discoloration and also the emerging spots. I was so unhappy as I didn't see why I had to be doing this just at the age of 12, when I am supposed to be fresh faced and almost glowing with youth, but not me.
I went to Dr Zeb who at the time was also treating my mum for her back problems. After only 1 session of talking and taking an analysis of my emotional and physical state, more was revealed than I thought would have been. At the time I was constantly tired and falling asleep in classes. As a result my school work was also suffering. I found that this was not normal, especially for someone of my age. I was also suffering back problems as I couldn't lie on my front or my back without a sharp pain as a consequence. My face was also assessed and my condition was known as vitiligo. I was given powders, tablets and a cream.
I used them all and after one month I noticed a slight reduction in the darkness of the discoloration. I was also given back massages to relax the bones in my back. I was also beginning to feel more active, refreshed and bursting with energy over the months that followed. I could also start to lay both ways on my back without pain. I could notice a vast improvement in my face and also a huge difference in my school work which made me happier. The medicine and treatment given helped make major improvements to my face, my back and then my energy levels. This made me realize that my previous physical and emotional state had to be really bad in order for me to feel this good. I still couldn't believe that this was due to homeopathic medicines, something that I had never even heard of in my life.
Two years to date the treatment given has impacted me greatly as the colour of my skin is beginning to look even. My school grades are the best they can be and I am also physically and emotionally happy with myself. However I am still being treated with the cream and other various tablets, I have also been taking a new set of tablets as I am going through puberty and have come up with normal but huge acne like 'teenage spots'. The medicines are helping immensely to keep them at bay as they have shrunk the spots and eventually have made them disappear. In a couple of months I will be discharged and hopefully can live a medicine-free life.
However there has been a negative aspect out of all the good. Over the last years my parents have spent less than a thousand pounds on me for the medicines. I wonder how they have spent all this money on me when I was and still am eligible for a free NHS service. They used my child benefit along with their hard earned cash to give me an opportunity to use the natural homeopathic alternative. I am also beginning to wonder, what if I need to use the homeopathic service again in the future. My child benefit is going to stop when I reach 17 so how can I possibly start paying for fees. I can only ask for my parents support up to a limit as they will start to go on their pension soon. Getting a job is a real solution but I have ambitious of helping people in the future even if that means doing voluntary work in my spare time along with my studying. I wish to go to university and even though that is a long time away how can I possibly pay for homeopathic fees along with tuition fees? I understand that the NHS is considering supporting homeopathy as an alternative method of medicine, and I believe strongly that the NHS should fund homeopathy.
I believe very strongly that if the decision does go ahead it will benefit people immeasurably in the UK. I would say it would be so amazing if everyone had the same opportunity that I have had. I feel very privileged but there are people out there that are not so much so, and I feel that everyone should have the right to live a normal healthy life, both emotionally and physically. I believe everyone has the right to feel good about themselves. Incredibly homeopathy is all natural so there are no side effects like other medicines. I feel strongly that homeopathy will be known as a natural medical breakthrough and could also be a remedy to cure other illnesses or diseases, This, would mean homeopathic remedies could focus on a wide area and could cure illnesses that till this day have not been cured, or even if they are cured have other side effects.
Furthermore, money spent on specific medication through the NHS might not work. And so money, being used on the NHS medicine could be used on the homeopathic ones, therefore, homeopathic medication could cure more illnesses effectively which could have a more positive effect on a wider range of people.
Kind regards,
Miss. C. K.

To whom it may concern
Not being satisfied by the treatment from my GP I turned to Homoeopathic Clinic for treatment for my numerous health problems, Acne being one of them. I was very impressed by Dr Saran Zeb who has vast knowledge in all areas of health and Homoeopathic remedies.

I've suffered from acute acne which left scars on my face. I had tried every kind of treatment and medication from my GP with disappointing results. Since getting treatment from Dr Saran Zeb at the Homoeopathic Clinic, my acne is now under control, the deep scars on my face have disappeared. Whereas all the drugs from my GP had failed to help my acne, Dr Saran Zeb has successfully succeeded.

I have been consulting Dr Saran Zeb for some time now, and I can feel the benefits of Homoeopathic remedies. I would recommend Dr Saran Zeb to everybody who would like to benefit from Homoeopathic remedies.

Admittedly, I was very dubious about 'Homeopathic treatment' initially, and felt that it wouldn't help me with my problem.
I came to you with small viral warts on my face and after trying many other forms of treatment, I decided to try homeopathy.
I was despondent for the first 10-12 weeks and after this the medicine began to work and I showed great improvement. Eventually all of my warts vanished in a matter of days.
Thank you for encouraging me to continue with the treatment.
I will not hesitate to recommend you and your service to anybody regarding any problem.

Chapter 9 - General Health Problems
(High blood pressure, diabetes, sore gums and many others)

Letter 09
Mrs. S. D. S
Ilford,
Essex, IG1.

04 April 2008

Dear Sir/Madam
I have been treated by Dr Saran Zeb for over two years now. Over that period I have been given various homeopathic medicines to help me physically and they have also helped me emotionally. I first went to Saran as I have been suffering from Diabetes over several years. My sugar levels were not consistent or stable. I was very dependent on medication, which did not control my sugar levels. This is led to much upset and stress as I seemed to be doing all that I had been asked to do by my GP.
I did attend GP appointments on several occasions over a period of time with hope that variations in my medication would help. I was prescribed several tablets over many years and advised to take insulin if the diabetes did not come under control. However this was seen as a life changing decision for me and I did not want to become dependent on injections for years to come. I therefore refused this option and was determined to find an alternative solution.
I was recommended to see Dr Zeb to see if a more permanent solution could be found. After the treatment I have been having, my situation has greatly improved. My intake of tablets has now been reduced. My sugar levels are much more controlled now. I am able to get on with my life knowing I am in control and the best part is my fear of becoming dependant on insulin is no longer an issue. All of this has been a result of the homeopathic treatment I have received and I have not had to rely on more prescribed medication.
Of course I have had to fund my treatment on a private basis. I do however understand that the NHS is considering supporting homeopathy as an alternative method of medicine. I believe strongly that the NHS should support such treatment. If such a decision was made it would have a great impact on the lives of many. They would benefit in life just as I have. Many are currently disadvantaged in not having this treatment available to them as a result of lack of funds. This is a very unfair system. If homeopathic treatments were more widely available then less people would be dependent on extreme medication. Many also suffer severe side effects from medication they are prescribed. This problem could be resolved by the use of more effective and less harsh medication offered by homeopaths.
I am in full support of the NHS providing alternative treatments such as homeopathy as a result of my personal experience. I hope that this becomes a reality in the near future.
Regards

Mrs. S. D. S.

Dear Dr Saran Zeb
RE HOMEOPATHIC MEDICATION
I have been suffering from hypertension (high blood pressure) and diabetes for nearly a decade. I have been treated by orthodox medication by my GP. These medicines, as we know well, have various side effects and can be the cause of further physical and psychological impairment. This ends up with a vicious circle of treating one physical condition with an orthodox medicine resulting in eruption of another adverse physical situation.
On the advice and recommendation of a friend named Mrs S. M. got in touch with you to receive treatment for my ailments of high blood pressure and diabetes. I received medication from you for approximately two months and have already noticed a remarkable improvement in my physical and psychological state of health.
I would like to continue with the homoeopathic medication in view of the improvements that I have benefited from but I am finding it hard to finance this treatment. I am a pensioner and it is not possible for me to continue to pay your fee and the cost of medicine.
I have learnt that the NHS is considering supporting the alternative method of medication. Having seen the benefit of homoeopathic treatment, I would not have any reservation to vote for such a scheme whole heartedly.
Yours sincerely
Mrs. M. B.

Dear Dr Saran Zeb
I have been suffering from back pain (disc problem) for over 18 months. I have been given various medications to try by my GP, none of which have worked. I then thought I'd try a homoeopathic clinic and my friend recommended me to you. I have been coming to you for about six months, and I must say the medication you gave to me has been very beneficial and it started effect almost immediately.
I would like to continue with the homoeopathic medication for my back due to the significant improvements I have noticed. Unfortunately this has been made difficult due to financial circumstances, as I am currently on benefits and find it difficult to manage the general household costs.
I have heard that the N.H.S. is thinking to support this alternative method of medication. I am definitely for this, because it is helping me and people like me who would like to homoeopathic treatment, but find it difficult to afford,
Yours Sincerely

REF: HOMEOPATHIC TREATMENT
I was diagnosed with Diabetes recently in October 2005. I did not wish to use the normal treatment/medicine via my GP, as I believed that it would not cure my condition but cause more side effects than benefits.
I was recommended to use homeopathic medicine and to your clinic by people known to me. Hence, I tried your medicine for some three months and realised the benefits very soon thereafter. My condition is well controlled and I have not experienced any side effects from the medication.
I would like to continue with this treatment and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who needs it. I think it is unfair that I have to pay for it and feel that it should be provided via the NHS, as the results are much better than the treatment currently provided via the NHS.

For fifteen years I had suffered with recurrent infections in both ears. My ears would swell causing throbbing pain and offensive discharge.
This continued until two years ago when I lost my hearing completely. As a result of this my confidence went and I became very depressed.
It was at this point that a friend told me about the NATURAL REMEDIES CENTRE. I decided to try this new approach as I had nothing to lose.
On my first visit I had a one hour consultation with the Homeopathic Doctor. He and the staff reassured me that there was hope and I would get better.
Over a period of three months the discharge pain and swelling improved dramatically.
This treatment has given me the confidence to work again and enjoy my life to the full.
I would highly recommend any one to visit the Natural Remedies Centre regardless of theere ailment. Just being there makes you feel better.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I had the neck swelling from last 6 months. I was approached to the G.P and he referred me to the hospital for the further treatment.

On the day of treatment, the medical practitioner diagnosed this as a Neck Abscess/TB and referred me to do some blood test, x-ray and biopsy.

After drained, the swelling was reduced but it has grown again after a week. I attended the hospital appointment after one month; meantime I was suffered with heavy swelling and pain. Then again they referred me to do test again as no result came from earlier test.

Then I was approached to Dr Saran Zeb, decided to take homeopathic treatment and the treatment has helped me to get rid out of this issue within two months. The homeopathic medicine has worked very well and it helps to burst the swelling and brings out the unnecessary liquids and the abscess totally gets better.

Thanks to Dr Saran Zeb to help me on this and I suggest considering the homeopathic treatment as part of NHS. Hence, it helps to all categories of people.

Kind regards

Chapter 10 - Patient’s Case History

Case 01

Case No. 1

Appointment 1st Mrs. S. M 30/09/2000
Mrs. S. M is a 39-year-old lady who has been recommended by her husband. She appeared very tall, slim, smart and well dressed. Her hair was cut down to her shoulders. Pigmented brown spots were observed on arms. She described her symptoms on the following order.
Patient account of her illness
“I suffer with Alopecia. I have had Alopecia in the past three times in my life. Since this Christmas, I was suffering with stress. I feel like an old woman. I feel that everything is going bad in my body.
In the past I have been irritated due to PMT but now that is every day. At all, times I worry about dying and worry about what would happen to my children if I died and their future after my death. I get terrible pain in my chest.
I am a smoker. I hate it but I am addicted to it. I get very tired even on breathing; it may be due to smoking or due to stress. I have tingling in my arms.
I was on the pills before but the problem has occurred now. I also have spots on the face and similar ones on the stomach. I suffer with cystitis, ache and pain.
I wake up every morning with a different new problem, but mostly panic due to alopecia. My hair comes out in a bunch. I have chest pains at all times. I seem to look at it every day and worry about why it has happened to me. I worry about my health continuously. I find it too difficult to laugh. I feel sad when I see someone else laughing.
I always get up full of energy but in the night desire of sleep is not there. I do not sleep all through the night but can go sleep in the morning when I feel tired.
I also feel one side of me is weak, the other side is stronger (emotionally), and both side continuously fight again each other. I mostly feel guilty about my thoughts. I feel that I am carrying all the problems/illnesses in the world and it has all come on to me.
My alopecia has started about 3 months ago.
My chest pain started about 2 months ago. The pain sometime last for 3 days. The pain starts in the middle and the left side at the upper back. It starts panicking me and I get irregular breathing with it.
I seem to analyze every single thing in my life. I worry about my two sons and husband at all the time and feel I should keep them in a box to stop them from getting into any problems.
I am fearful that I would not be able to cope in a new situation and worry about my family. I do everything as usual but worry that I did not it properly. The thoughts of death are with me at all times, and I cannot enjoy life any more. I find life is difficult, and being a mother is different. I worry about husband until he comes back home. I feel more secure when all ‘four’ of us are in the house but do not feel better. I feel like there are 100 worries in my life. I feel frightened to say that: yes, I am happy. I feel that if I admit to being happy than something, nasty will happen or trouble will strike and take away whatever happiness I have. I only live and get some happiness from the ‘3’ members of my family. I do not know what more I want from them. I just want to protect them and have urgency to keep them secured from a bad world out there.
I am lonely whether I am on my own or with family or other company. I am constantly frighted of dying. I want people to sympathize with me especially someone who suffers with familiar issues as me and feel their problem is mine and vice versa. If someone disappoints me, I feel really bad, lose trust completely, and cannot trust any other individual. I only trust two people (my husband and a friend of mine).
My husband used to be stressed out and I took care of him completely but once he felt better, his symptoms transferred to me. I feel frustrated sometimes and get worried, and ask my husband for help.
Fear of future: Anxiety in brain. I smoke 30 cigarettes a day. I hate the addiction of smoking. I am very keen to give up smoking. I hate my self-weakness. I cannot control the fear. I feel two weak mentally to give up.
When I feel stressed out, it brings chest pain, afterwards when I stop thinking about negative thoughts or try take my mind off from the chest pain, it goes away.
I always get swollen tummy during PMT. I am really irritable. Discharge before menses, sexual desire is there but I feel very tired mentally and physically.
At the moment I do go out with my family but prefer to be on my own, indoor, as I constantly worry about falling over in the supermarket etc. I want to do things to stop the brain to think overtime. But body is very tired. I do feel better with a shower.”

Grade: 1. Arsenicum album appears in 10 out of 10 rubrics
Grade: 2 Phosphorus appears in 8 out of 10 rubrics.
Grade: 3.Natrum muriaticum appears 6 out of 10 rubrics
The centre of the above case is anxiety and fear. Natrum muriaticum is sad and a grief remedy rather than fear and anxiety (Kent 1996). Also it is appears in 6 times out of 10 rubrics. So I felt it not the appropriate remedy for Mrs S. M.
As I mentioned an above that ‘anxiety for other’ is the centre of this case. Mrs. S. M mentioned again and again that she is only in a calm position when three of her family members present at home. She went so far that if it was in her control she would put these three people in a box to protect them from the rest of the world. Therefore, I needed to pay more attention to this centre point for my prescription.
Some of the mental symptoms of Arsenicum alb are the great fear of being left alone. The patient suffers from anxiety, feels very restless and excessive anguish which allows no rest. Delirium, with great flow of ideas is another important symptom of Arsenicum alb. (Clarke 1997). When the family members are away from home, Mrs S. M. was thinking that something bad is happening to them.
Phosphorus is fearful remedy while Arsenicum indicates anxiety more. The fears of phosphorus are as if something were creeping out of every corner while the fear of Arsenicum is being alone. Phosphorus fears related to thunderstorm while Arsenicum patients either have anxiety of her health or anxiety of others. Both remedies have hair lost but Phosphorus patient losses their hair behind the ears. (Boericke 1993).
The key symptoms of Arsenicum are mentally restless and physically weak, which Mrs. S. M. clearly mentioned in her case. She states, “I want to do things to stop the brain thinking overtime, but body is very tired”.
On the base of the above discussion and because Arsenicum album also have 10 marks out of 10 and Phosphorus have 8 out of 10, therefore I prescribed Arsenicum Album 30.
Now the question that is arising as why I prescribe 30 potency and not of any other potencies?
Allen's (1969), states, "…, between these extremes there is an intermediate level of potency, the 30 which I have found useful when there is a combination of acute and chronic."
Shepherd mentioned to treat a chronic disease; it is advisable to prescribe medium potencies for women, because he had a bad experience with prescribing high potency. (Shepherd 1995).
During my 17-years practice, I used all of the potency methods, but in the end I found my own way of minimum doses. For my patient I prescribed one dose once or twice daily in 30 - potency for several weeks. Majority of my patients feel better without any aggravation.
Therefore I prescribed Arsenicum album 30 once a day at night for Mrs. S. M.

Appointment 2nd Mrs. S. M. 21.10.2000

Patient account of her illness:
“I still feel ‘heavy’ (Negative) about my health. I am sleeping better. The tiredness is less. I do feel less tired in the morning but still feel tired in the evening. Hair is still coming out in a bunch but may be not in the bed as much. Earlier, my hair was thinning out but now is more lively. Few people noticed the change in my hair and that it is growing.
I feel a lot more cheerful than I used to be. I still do feel bored. Earlier, I used to look at people and wished to be like them but now the attitude is changing and sees them in a different way. I still get the ‘not right’ feeling in the chest in the mornings compared to all day earlier. I still feel the ‘what about me?’ The cold weather does not bother me but the inconvenience does. I had been stuck indoors. However, I am beginning to think positively.
I am not now worrying as much about the family as I did before. I still feel the outside world is cruel and that is why I wish to keep control on my children and therefore the urge to secure the family is still the same.
Although I still have negative thoughts they come less frequent. I do not feel as much panic as I used to have and I can cope with the new situation much better than before. I am not finding that life is as difficult as before.
Before the treatment, I wished that I was not a Mother, so that I would not to go through all this anxiety, but now I am joyful to be a Mother. I am still worried when he (husband) is away until he returns home. Before when he entered the house I only felt relief from worry but now when he comes home I am waiting for him and start to talk to him.
This is like excitement for me now, before there was 100% worry in my life but that is only around 50%, now I am very happy.
Still these three persons are important for me but now I am able to think about myself that I also need to do something as well. The lonely feeling is getting less and less. I do not feel that I require people’s sympathy as much. I do not need a lot of attention as I did before, especially from my husband. Still sometimes, I feel insecure and I am looking for something to make me frightened.
The stomach burning is finished. I do not have stomach pain any more while I am irritated. Also stress does not trigger the chest pain. I still experienced the PMT symptoms on this month. I had discharge before my menses. I do feel that I am more active.”
Mrs S. M getting better, not only her mental/emotional symptoms getting better but there is also improvement in the physical level as well. This is indicating ‘The Law of Cure’ from inward to out ward.
Prescribed placebo one dose every other day at night.

Appointment 3rd Mrs. S.M 16/12/2000
Patient account of her illness:

“I feel great, brilliant. Feel much better than last time. The alopecia is still there slightly but much better than seven weeks ago. During the last 7-weeks, I did not experience any bad days. I have more enthusiasm. I hate smoking but still smoke 30 cigarettes in a day.
I was feeling stressed before the Christmas time but this year I was not feeling as tense and organized my tasks much better. I still have more energy. Last few weeks husband was very moody but I coped very well. The thoughts of death do not panic me anymore and I do not feel any chest pain either.
The tingling of the arm is completely better. Do not feel aches and pains any more in the body. I am thinking more positive with myself. Now, I feel the sexual desire is normal. I am sleeping fine and also the tiredness has improved a great deal. The hair is not falling and ‘what about me’ thoughts do not come to my mind any more. I can accept the damp weather now. I do not feel lonely any more. I still have discharge before my menses. In the beginning of my treatment, whenever I was attending my appointment I was feeling anguish but now I am feeling OK.”
Mrs S. M. response was very good. She felt great and brilliant. This sentence means to me a lot that the patient vital force back to balance. The patient feels great so discharge her.

Mrs S. M. Testimonial indicates the improvement of her illness.

To whom it may concern Letter 25
Mrs S. M.

Case 02

Case No. 2
Appointment 1st Mr M. S. B 32-years old 24/06/2006.

Patient Account of her illness:
“The main problem I have got is diarrhoea. I need to go to the toilet 2-3 times a day, usually in the morning. I sometimes get a stomach-ache.
I went to Pakistan 1 ½ years ago. I only went for one week, but within 3 days of my visit, I struck with a pain in my stomach. When I arrived back in Britain, the problem persisted. Before going to Pakistan, my stomach was OK. Food seems to be irritating the problem.
My wife and mother suggested that I fast for a day. Then introduce foods one by one, which I did. I found that many types of meat and rice aggravates the problem.
On referral to the hospital, I was told that I had caught a bug in Pakistan. I was prescribed anti-biotic but nothing happened, so the specialist sent me to a nutritionist. A nurse at the BUPA hospital suggested that I go and see a homeopath.
10 years ago I was told that I had IBS.
As soon as I wake in the morning I experience stomach pain and flatulence. When I go to the toilet I get explosive stools (stools with gas). There are days when I have to rush. Sometimes it smells. Lentils give me constipation.
Spicy foods and chilli make the symptoms worse. Meat gives me problems and rice sometimes gives me problems, though it varies from time to time and any food can make it worse. Sometimes it’s just specific foods. Wheata bix aggravates the symptoms. When my stomach is empty I feel OK.
I like milk and I like savoury food. I don’t like sweet things. I like vegetables but not fruit. I like chicken breast and potatoes. I prefer warm drinks. I don’t like coffee. I always like to eat food that is warm.
I am clearing my throat all the time. When I drink water I feel it stays in my throat. Oily foods also stay in my throat. I do not suffer as much if I stick to hot drinks. Warm drinks tend to make my throat better.
I pass urine frequently. I work better under pressure.
I cannot cope in extreme heat. I prefer the autumn, as the weather is more of a medium temperature. Every Saturday, I tend to get a lot of headaches in the temple, eyes and neck. If I sleep too much or too little I get headaches. My headaches are better with fresh air.
I suffer from anxiety about work and find it difficult to do nothing and relax. I am a workaholic. I have taken Sulphur before but is has not help”.
Repertorisation: Mr. M. S. B.’s case has been repertories by considering the following rubrics. To repertorised this case I use Kent Repertory (1995)
1. Mind: Anxiety, health, about: Ars., bry., sulph. ( p. 7).

  • Mind: Industrious: Ars., bry., (p. 56)
  • Stomach: Aversion, coffee: Bry., (p. 480).

  • Stomach: Desires, milk: Ars., bry., sulph. (p.485)

  • Generalities: Food, meat agg. Sulph., (p. 1363).
  • Generalities: Food, warm drinks amel.: Ars., bry., sulph., (p.1364).

Grade 1: Remedy/Remedies: Arsenicum Alb. appears 12 times out of 15 rubrics.
Grade 2: Remedy/Remedies: Bryonia alba, appears 9 time out of 15 rubrics.
Grade 3: Sulphur, appears 5 times out of 15 rubrics.
Prescribing indications:
The weak point in this case is the food intolerance, which caused diarrhoea. Mr M. S. B. is tried sulphur before to attended my clinic but from the above repertorisation it has been prove that sulphur was not the right remedy for him. This is why homoeopathic remedy only works, when is covers the totality of the patient’s symptoms. Although the above repertorisation indicates sulphur but in very low degree. Sulphur appears only 5 times from out of 15 rubrics.
Now two remedy remain left one is Arsenicum alb. and the second one is Bryonia. Thirst is common in both remedies but Arsenicum alb. patient drinks seep of water within short interval, while Bryonia patient drinks large quantity of water after a long period. (Allen 1996). Arsenicum alb. patient feels better by warm food and drinks, while Bryonia patient desires cold drink.(Kent 1996). Mr. M. S. B mentions in his case that warm drinks tend to make his throat better. He always likes to eat warm food.
Arsenicum album stomach is extremely irritable. Patient suffers from Gastralgia which cause from slightest food or drink, while Bryonia patient feels pressure in the stomach after eating, as of a stone. (Boericke 1993). Bryonia is considered for constipation, while Arsenicum alb is for diarrhoea which trigger by eating food or drink. This is why it is one of the good remedy for food poison. Bryonia diarrhoea cause by cold drinks in the hot weather and from overheated and also trigger by eating fruits, while Arsenicum album diarrhoea starts after eating or drinking. Mr M.S.B mentions that any food can make his stomach worse.
Bryonia patient is worse by movement, while Arsenicum patient is restless, and moves from one place to other. Bryonia patient is irritable and angry, while Arsenicum patient is suffer from anxiety. (Clarke 1997). Mr. M. S. B. states, “I suffer from anxiety about work and find it difficult to do nothing and relax.”
Prescriped:
By considering the above discussion I clearly understand that following is the right remedy for Mr. M. S. B.
Arsenicum album 30
Take three tablets twice a day morning and at night.

Appointment 2nd Mr. M.S.B 5/8/2006

Patient account of his illness:
“Since I started this treatment, I am going to the toilet once in the morning, once in the afternoon and a 3rd time in the evening.
When I was going to the toilet twice a day. The first time it was urgent (around 11 am), in the evening the obstruction was much better. When I go regularly to the toilet the bowel is smelly. Spicy foods still cause me problems.
I like milk with my cereal (not on its own). I have cut down on savoury foods, I still do not like sweet foods, and I like vegetables. I do not eat a bite of fruit. Before I was just having warm milk on my cereal, but over the last few weeks I have introduced cold milk, which I could not have done in the past.
I do not seem to be clearing my throat as much. I have not noticed myself complaining about it. Though the feeling is still there but it is not so severe. However, the sensation of water in my throat, whenever I drink, is still there.
I still feel better if I drink warm fluids, but I do not just consume warm drinks.
I pass urine frequently. I am not working, which has reduced my headaches. My headaches are no worse if I have less or more sleep.
I want to make purpose of my time not just sit and relax”.
Prescriped
Although, Mr. M.S.B experienced some improvement in some symptoms but I can feel that the food still cause the problem. So advise him to take Arsenicum Alb. 3 tablets twice a day as you require.

Appointment 3rd Mr. M S..B 14/10/2006

Patient account of his illness:
“The diarrhoea has definitely improved. Before I was going a few times a day, now I am opening my bowel twice a day. Before my stools were like diarrhoea, but now they are not so loose.
I ate pizza the other day, which would usually cause me to have a few days diarrhoea; I only experienced a slight pain. I stay away from spicy foods. Two weeks ago I ate some meat, which gave me diarrhoea for two days.
I do not tend to suffer if I eat chicken but meat causes me problems. Though I am still clearing my throat it has eased off a little. If I eat fried foods then I clear my throat regularly.
I am a lot happier because I know I am improving. Before I used to visit a lot of doctors, but now I am getting better, I do not feel the need to do this.
I was taking the medication for a few days, and then I stopped for a few days, this helped.
There was not any blood in my stools when I taking the medication.
I woke up early in the morning and opened my bowels at 7:30 am, the second time was at 9:30 at night. For the last two weeks I have only been opening my bowel once or twice a day.
My stools are less smelly. Spicy food is no longer giving me any problems, though I still avoid it.
I only put milk on my cereal; I never drink milk on its own. I do not add salt to my food. I used to eat crisps but I do not anymore.
I have definitely changed. I am now even eating sweet things.
I still prefer to eat vegetables. I did try using cold milk on my cereal but prefer warm milk. I still pass urine frequently. I have not had any headaches.
If I sleep for 9 hours I get a headache, but if I sleep for 6-7 hours then I do not get a bad head.
I used to get a headache every Saturday, for two years, but for several weeks now I have not had a headache.”
Prescription:
He is getting better this time, so prescribed palesobo once every other day.

Appointment 4 Mr. M.S. B. 3/2/2007
Patient account of his illness:
“In the last 4 weeks I have noticed a big improvement. I feel much better.
4 weeks ago I opened my bowel, I had wind and normal stools, at first I thought it was just luck, but since then I have just been getting better and better.
I have also cut down on eating spicy foods, but the good news is I know if I eat spicy food and I get diarrhoea it will only be for one day. Before, when I was eating spicy foods the diarrhoea would last for 7 days.
I have also discovered recently that tomatoes just do not agree with me, so I have cut them out of my diet where possible. The homeopathic medication is helping me. Even before I cut down on my intake of tomatoes I was improving, but since I have stopped eating tomatoes I have improved dramatically.
Over the last 4 weeks I have been opening my bowels once a day, which is very good.
I have eaten pizza for 4-5 days and experienced no problems. I recently had a meal and suffered no side effects, though I have not tried to eat chilli yet.
Emotionally I feel really good.
We moved in September 06 and we also welcomed a new baby into the family. At the time we were in the process of a new career development. Throughout this time I was feeling very stressed, but things have settled down now and I feel much better.
I have been getting headaches in the morning, but recently I have been suffering headaches every Saturday. Unfortunately they are now occurring a few times a week. However, it is not my typical headache, as they tend to be very mild and dull. My chin and eye is also affected.
I sleep to little or too much I experience a headache. It is very difficult for me to get the right amount of sleep, so I do not suffer any symptoms. I also sometimes get a pain in the neck, which triggers a headache.
I sometimes take painkillers such as paracetamol or panadol; they only help a bit, enough for me to carry on, but it’s always there.
I have been extremely happy with the treatment I have received under your care. I have been to countless hospitals, but none could get to the route of the problem. You have helped me so much.
I have acne on my face and back. The spots are quite inflamed and red. The consultant said it could be due to IBS.
I do not crave salt and have tried, where possible, to cut it out of my diet. I tend to like sweeter things now. I can drink milk with cereal.
My stools are still less smelly. Everything feels much more normal. I am also not passing urine so frequently.
I have been drinking more fruit juice, especially apple. I have also cut down on my intake of fizzy drinks such as coke.
Finally my immune system is better. Before, I was always the one in the family to catch a cold first, but this time everyone else seems to have caught a cold except me.”
Prescribed:
Mr M. S. B mentioned that his immune system is better in other words his vital force is strong enough to fight with the disease. The spots on the face and pain in the neck is indicates that the vital force is moving the symptoms from inside to out and help the patient to recover fully.
Prescribe Arsenicum album 30 and advice, take once a day as you require. Mr M. S. B. feels much better so discharge him.

Mr M. S. B. Testimonial indicates the improvement of his illness.

To Whom It May Concern: Letter 63
Thanking you
Mr M. S . B

Case 03

Case 3
Appointment 1st Mr. S. A. 4-years old, boy 1/8/2012

Mother’s account about her son’s illness:
“My son has a behaviour problem. I was giving him the remedies called Belladonna and Chamomilla, which prescribed by another homeopath but did not help.
He is very stubborn, and craves for sweets. He is aggressive and disobedient and fight and throws things.. When he is hungry then he gets irritable. He is very hyperactive and dancing around. He is always moaning and crying when he is angry. He has a desire for salty food. He is a bossy type boy. He will go in class one at school in September.

His urine is smelly. He does not eat breakfast. He likes to play with toys. He is restless and feels gets bored easily. He likes to wear few layers of clothes. He is morose, and then suddenly feels angry and the anger reaches up to a rage. When he feels angry, then he cries for hours. He feels cold in cold weather and feels hot in hot weather. He is happy with people. When he is angry he throws things and hates himself, during angry spells.”
Repertorisation:
I am repertorising this case by using a method called ‘Dr. Sehgal’s Rediscovery of Homoeopathy’. The method of case taking is same as the Classical Homoeopathy but prescribes the remedy only on the base of mental/emotional symptoms.
When Dr M L Sehgal started his practice, he was using the classical homoeopathic method but he admitted the most of the time this method was not working for him. It makes him frustrated. He was treating one of his friends, which he was suffering from malaria fever.
After prescribing the constitutional remedy several times, his friend did not response. Dr Sehgal becomes upset. He was strongly believe, there must be some remedy to cure his friend. His friend mentioned to Dr Sehgal, “I have decided to take leave from my office and take rest for a few days and remain in bed because I am finding myself too weak and I will take allopathic treatment”.
Dr Sehgal states, from the above two lines conversation two rubrics came to my mind:-

  • BED, remain in desire to
  • DELUSIONS, poor he is

Psorinum was common to both which was given to him in 200 potency. The next day the fever came but without much agony and surprisingly without affecting the appetite and bowels. These used to be disturbed very badly, under the impact of fever. The taste in the mouth etc. also remained quite normal. Gradually after another two milder attacks, the person was out of the grip of the fever. (Sehgal, 1999). Since then Dr Seghal developed this new approach to find the single remedy for the patient.

After studying Dr Seghal new discovery (8 volumes) and did my own research up to the satisfactory level, I
am using this method for the last 6-years with a great success.
Repertorisation: To repertorise this case I use the Kent (1995) Repertory.

  • Mind: Gestures, throwing about: Phos., stram. (p. 50).
  • Mind: Inconsolable: Phos., stram. (p. 54).
  • Mind: Moaning, groaning: Phos., stram. (p. 66).
  • Mind: Obstinate: Phos., stram. (p. 69).
  • Mind: Offended, easily: Phos., stram. (p. 69).
  • Mind: Rage, fury: Phos., stram. (p. 70).
  • Mind: Quarrelsome: Phos., stram. (p. 70).
  • Mind: Rage, violent: Stram. (p.71).
  • Mind: Rudeness: Phos., stram. (p. 75).
  • Mind: Shrieking, children, in: Stram. (p. 80).
  • Mind: Striking: Phos., stram. (p.84).
  • Mind: Violent, vehement etc.: Phos. Stram. (p. 91).
  • Mind: Wildness: Phos., stram., (p. 95).

Grade 1. Remedy: Stramonium, appears 13 times out of 13 rubrics
Grade 2. Remedy: Phosphorus, appears 11 times out of 13 rubrics.
Prescribing indications:
The centre point of this case is anger and hyperactivity. Phosphorus can be full of energy and due to that, patient is hyperactive but he is not aggressive and angry person. Mostly it is a fearful remedy and sometimes the patient feels very sad. But with Stramonium, the patient is very angry and violent like Belladonna.
In Stramonium, the patient has strong desire for company and light but in Phosphorus the patient is scared of dark and fear of ghosts.
Stramonium’s patient is sensitive, feels uncomfortable, when someone looking at him, because of an unfit feeling about his body, while phosphorus patient is nervous.
Stramonium’s patient can be hyperactive like Arsenicum album, jumping, dancing and running around, touching the things and other fruitless activity. Although Phosphorus patient can be very busy, this is because he feels full of energy. He does not get physically tired so easily.
In the light of the above discussions, also Stramonium represents strongly in the repertorisation, so I feel that Stramonium is the core remedy for Mr. S. A.
Prescribed:
Stramonium 30
Give one dose once a day.
Choice of potency:
Although Mr. S. A. presents more mental/emotional symptoms, on the base of the guidelines, the emotional/mental symptoms are greater and the more I need to prescribe the high potency. In this case Mr. S. A. is 4-years old child; this is why I feel it will be safer if I prescribe medium potency, so avoid the aggravation due to a higher potency. This is because it is difficult for children to describe their feeling or between the old and new symptoms.

Appointment 2nd Mr. S. A. 5/9/2012
Mother’s account about her son’s illness:
“The medication helped him. He feels 80% better now. Now he feels angry every other day instead of every day. When he feels hungry, then he still becomes angry. He also feels angry when he is tired. Before this treatment he felt angry four or five times a day. He is not as hyper as he used to be.
Still he is stubborn but not so much. The sweet craving is decreased. Once he feels angry, than it takes time to calm him down. He feels restless during the day. He does not dance about as much. His urine still is smelly. He does not drink water, but now he eats breakfast to some degree. He is fussy about his food.”
Prescribed:
Stramonium 30
Give one dose when he feels severe anger.

Appointment 3rd Mr S. A 16/10/2012
Mother’s account about her son’s illness:
“The medicine was finished last week. He is still craving for sweets but less now. He is more obedient and does not demand so much, he now listens to me. He does not cry any more. He does not feel so angry and it has reduced a lot.
Now he is 90% better. He does not feel angry every other day, instead he only feels angry occasionally. If he feels hungry and does not eat food, then he becomes angry, otherwise he is okay.
Now if he feels tired it does not trigger the anger. He is calm and not hyperactive as he used to.
He does not feel restless any more in the night. His urine is less smelly. He prefers to drink juices and not to drink water.
Now he eats breakfast, he especially prefers eggs, cakes, sweets. Still he is fussy with food.
He does not moan any more. He does not fight as he used to in the past. Still he is slightly rude. Still he prefers salty and sweet foods. Although, he is bossy it is less now. Before, he was demanding about things, he would not listen to his parents but now he can listen and understand the situation and has stopped demanding.
Before, when he was getting angry, he was crying for hours but now does not cry as much. Also he was getting angry without any apparent reason, but now he does not feel angry unnecessarily. He has been very calm for the last six weeks and when feels angry he does not throw things and not hate himself.”
The patient feels better, so discharged him and no medicine prescribed.
