Homoeopathy is the medical practice of treating like with like. That is to say, treating an illness with a substance which when taken by a healthy person produces symptoms similar to those displayed by the person who is ill.

Dear Dr Saran Zeb,
I am writing to you, as I do not know for how much longer I will be able to attend my appointments at your clinic. I am currently in receipt of state benefits and I’m finding the regular consultations difficult to afford, I have improved dramatically under your care and I’m terrified that if I stop my homeopathic treatment too soon I will suffer a relapse, which I desperately don’t want to do.
For this reason I was hoping that I could possibly receive help through NHS funding, as I have heard that this is sometimes possible.
As you are aware the problems I am experiencing are:
1). Arthritis
2). Abdominal pain, loose motions several times a day, flatulence.
3) Pain in the right foot.
For my abdominal pain I was referred, by my GP, to hospital for a colonoscopy but they could find nothing wrong and therefore could give me no medication for my symptoms. However, I was still experiencing a great deal of discomfort and relieved when you told me on my first consultation that you could help.
I am a single parent and registered disabled because of my debilitating arthritis, for which I have only found relief through your treatment of me.
Many thanks for your continued support,
MS N. T.
